Because, as we all know, sports expertise is a vitally important skill for a Commander in Chief to have. Who needs to know about boring crap like geography or current events, when you have sports expertise. In keeping with the wildly successful "trickle down" things the Greedy Old Party loves, I propose a No President Left Behind Act. Better yet, who wouldn't love a "Send the President to Fallujah, then Leave Him Behind Act". Even Cheney is talking about the incredible progress we're making over there. I bet Iraq is now as safe as Disneyland, because the Iraqisgreeted us as the liberators that the talking points memos keep reminding us that we are. Let freedom ring! I can hear it already. Oh, false alarm, it was just the phone. I wish we'd put as much energy into making America safe for Democracy as we do forcing it on countries that don't want it in the first place.
