In all fairness since it was Rumsfeld who sold the WMDs to Iraq in the first place under the Reagan adminstration – and who even personally gave the go ahead for Iraq to use WMDs in its war with separatists and Iranians, one could see how a delusional nut job like him would believe they still had the weapons.

Of course if had read any of the IAEA assessment reports or even talked to the field commanders who had been involved in inspection and destruction of Saddam’s arsenal he might have known better. But then when you’re a delusional prick like Rumsfeld is who’s just looking for an excuse to go grab some power, facts and details never are allowed in the way…

And while we’re on the present and future lies of rumsfeld, lets focus on Iran. It was Rumsfeld (isn’t it funny how his name always pops up anytime something smacking of illegal or poorly considered is discussed) who sold the Plutonium reactors needed to build a nuclear bomb to Iran!

#4…..It is a crazy world where the real news comes from the Daily Show hosted by a comedian on the Comedy Channel! Although there are some sincere journalists on the networks and cable stations, the main corporate impetus is for tabloid features and entertainment. In the meantime, we can all be thankful for Comedy Central’s world news headquarters in New York.

Yeah, so? Those things were known before the election. We have to realize that many of our compatriots are rather ignorant. The majority of the Bus voters still believe that we’ve found WMD in Iraq and Sadam was responsible for 911….
I mean with a little effort, basic critical skills, and the interest to know–even if you don’t like the truth–anyone would have known that Rummie, Condi and her “husband” lied about Iraq. So, too many people don’t bother with the facts. And, I’m not talking about little obscure details, but about issues that have major implications.. like committing the nation to war!

On the other hand, we live in a world where: there are 2 sides to a coin! Those who believe our leaders lied and those who don’t!! Go figure (in a fair & balanced way)….
