Aside from a very uncomfortable 40 minutes, the most irritating part of his -nothing new- speech was his repetitive reference to 9/11, continuing to subtly connect Iraq and 9/11, blurring the facts to the public. In the end, his emotional final words did not move me. He should feel guilty that his unwarranted, unnecessary, preemptive war of choice has cost the death of 1750 Americans, countless Iraqi citizens, and severely wounded thousands, but his teary-eyes will not compensate for his enormous ego, his arrogance and his blind, divisive stubbornness.
