Great list but with one major oversight. John Bolton is the link that provided the Plame info to the white house. Plame was known a month before Powell got on Airforce One. Powell is being used as a scapegoat,again.

As one who did not vote for Clinton, then did not vote 2000 (personal reasons) and then voted for Kerry in 2004, I can only say my label is CONSTITUTIONAL AMERICAN, as you and most bloggers sound like. Americans , regardless of labels, simply want our leaders to follow the Constitution and honor their oathes to us, the American constituency, NOT to special interests and cronies and military/industrial complex.

My first warning about Bush and Cheney came in the form of a book “Worse than Watergate” from another concerned conservative, John W Dean. I will be forever grateful to him for opening my eyes regarding the PNAC, Project for a New American Century.

There will likely be NO INDICTMENTS I’m very sorry to say. Bush’s move to put two CRONIES Roberts and this latest nothing will guarantee that even if there WERE, nothing would be done.

If you’re hoping in indictments from FRAUDULENT stories from sources like Tom Flocco, Stew Webb or others… KNOW that they are COINTELPRO FRAUDS and these are likely LIES to keep people from rebelling long enough so Bush SENIOR can prepare the MURDER of most of U.S. with this concocted FLU VIRUS.

During the S24 weekend in DC, I spoke with a woman from Ohio, a Judical law professor and lawyer (her son is on his third tour, one in Afghanistan, two in Iraq, he’s a National Guard). She said that there were at least twenty people at or near the top of the misAdministration that were liable to charges centered around a conspiracy to commit treason. She didn’t name names, thank you for the list, BTW, but she did point out that treason is not pardonable and there is no statute of limitations. The not pardonable part precludes the type of pre-emptive pardons that Poppy Bush used in Iran/Contra/Coca that bought him silence. The no statute of limitations part means we can hunt them down, no matter how far they run, however long it takes. Keep watching for Fitzgerald’s report and the follow-up.

Another ironic twist; If they stand trial under US law, they face the death penalty, however, if they stood before the World Court, they would not, but Bolton gleefully “un-signed” the Rome document, didn’t he?
