It seems as though there is fear in the air, but I don’t believe they have enough in their arsenal to try to discredit the fast growing number of folks that are starting to open their eyes. My take on the matter was a little different, by the way – - that even if Roberts experienced no genuine conflict on the matter, his failure to recuse himself might have been a signal to the White House about what they could expect from an Associate Justice of the SCOTUS.
