Judd, don’t listen to them. I’m sure you are at least 15.

  2. Skid says:

Cole’s a blowhard. The guy walks around with only one contact lens in. He’d have the left side of his brain removed if it would cure his cognitive dissonance.

  3. Citizen80203 says:

Well, at least you can wipe yourself. John’s problem is there is not enough toilet paper in the country to clean up after Georgie.

  4. Zwack says:

    Happy Birthday Judd.

    Hey, today isn’t the 29th of February…

    Oh well…

I particularly liked the comment at the very bottom where John Cole admits that you have a law degree, that he doesn’t and that you might understand the “appearance of a conflict of interest” argument better than he does. He didn’t admit that? Oh, well…

    Z.

  5. progressive and proud says:

Judd, how flattering; any publicity is good publicity, right? But really, I find it facsinating that your words would cause so much attention. It seems as though there is fear in the air, but I don’t believe they have enough in their arsenal to try to discredit the fast growing number of folks that are starting to open their eyes. Viva la revolution.

    You go Judd!!!

  6. cynical ex-hippie says:

12 years old and a law degree. We need to start calling you Doogie Howser.

  7. Anti Warhol says:

Cole is the George Costanza of wingnut blogging: angry, loathsome and completely full of sh*t. WE LIVE IN A SOCIETY HERE, PEOPLE!

Tell him to call his doctor and ask for a new medication, or at least up his dosage.

  9. GoD says:

John Cole is annoying at times. He’s a right centrist, after all. The worst kind of righty, in my opinion, because they actually seem reasonable from time to time and don’t scare people enough.

  10. SpudgeBoy says:

He scared the crap outta me. I was going to pull my eyes out of socket readin ghis garbage. The n I remembered the Back button. Whew, that was close.

  11. L.B. Jefferies says:

Shouldn’t that be Doogie Howser, Esq.?

  12. Frank Lynch says:

That was one of the funniest things I ever read. My take on the matter was a little different, by the way – - that even if Roberts experienced no genuine conflict on the matter, his failure to recuse himself might have been a signal to the White House about what they could expect from an Associate Justice of the SCOTUS.
