Time magazine yesterday revealed new allegations of systematic abuse of Iraqi detainees made by a “decorated former Captain in the Army’s 82nd Airborne Division.” For months, the Captain says, U.S. soldiers were directed “to conduct daily beatings of prisoners prior to questioning.” In one instance, “a soldier allegedly broke a detainee’s leg with a metal bat.” Other prisoners had “their faces and eyes exposed to burning chemicals.”
The Captain revealed this abuse to Human Rights Watch in July 2005. He also reported his charges to “three senior Republican senators,” including Majority Leader Bill Frist and Sen. John McCain. The torture, he said, was due primarily to “chronic confusion over U.S. military detention policies and whether or not the Geneva Convention applied.”
On July 27, the same month the Captain came forward, Sen. Frist single-handedly derailed a bipartisan effort — led by Sen. McCain — to clarify rules for the treatment of enemy prisoners at U.S. prison camps. In what news reports at the time described as an “unusual move,” Frist “simply pulled the bill from consideration” before it could be debated.
Bill Frist needs to come clean: Was his office told of the “systematic abuse†in the 82nd Airborne before he torpedoed the new detainee laws?
It’s comin’ ’round…
September 24th, 2005 at 4:26 pmwell I wonder what McCain will have to say about this, being a POW in Nam?
September 24th, 2005 at 4:29 pmUnbelievable. This guy is sinking like a rock.
September 24th, 2005 at 4:33 pmOh goody, the left is going to go into another fit about torture, and about how we should be kinder to our enemies. Finally, something to make Bush’s approval ratings jump.
September 24th, 2005 at 4:34 pmThe McCain bill would have been a giant step, and I was appalled when it was removed from consideration. I wrote Mr. Frist a scathing letter of rebuke — which resulted in nothing more than my being added to his newsletter e-mail list, though I do not reside in his state and certainly would not be his constituent if I did. Mr. Frist is such a frail reed that he cannot stand up to the displeasure of the religious right or the Administration. His lack of leadership skills has been repeatedly noted. He’s a “nice Southern boy”. His mission in life is to please all the grown-ups in the room; alas, most of them are are people we don’t want to know with minds so small they are hard-pressed to store their Social Security Numbers and phone numbers. It’s suggested he contemplates a run for the Presidency. God — or whoever or whatever — forfend!
September 24th, 2005 at 4:38 pmWe don’t need to go into a fit. We only need to present the facts. Bushies ratings are still going down. How much farther do they need to go down before they go back up. 38% is pretty damn low. Adn you people still think you’re the majority. Theere is a clinical name for your schism. You should go see a psychiotrist. Maybe some lithium or a labotomy can help you.
September 24th, 2005 at 4:39 pmit’s all there in black and white and has been for some time… the memorandum written by gen. ricardo sanchez (and later denied under oath in front of the senate armed services committee) that specified interrogation techniques for prisoners in iraq, the waiver of geneva rights for prisoners signed by bush, the undebatable chain of command leading down through rumsfeld and meyers… anything subsequent to those damning documents and clear-cut accountabilities is mere window dressing… i totally fail to understand why the official sanctioning of prisoner torture has not been officially addressed, if not by judicial inquiry at least by making it absolutely transparent to the public through the media… we have truly lost our way…

September 24th, 2005 at 4:44 pmI do wish you guys would lay off Frist. We need him in one piece to do a ‘Bob Dole’ in ‘08.
September 24th, 2005 at 4:54 pmFrist is not responsible for the torture - it was Gonzolez, W, Cheney and Rumsfeld. It was already in progress when he turned aside an effort to stop it. Clinton is responsible for 9/11, NOLA levees, national debt, taxes, sky rocketing gas prices, and Iraq because he was president before W. W inherited the f–king mess and everything that he has done since then is Clinton’s fault. But then spoiled rich brats seem to do that with their inheritances.

September 24th, 2005 at 5:24 pmIf there was no widespread abuse, no failure to train the troops then how could a west point trained, 82nd airborne active duty officer not know what is appropriate and what is not?
I was a reservist, and I know I wasnt trained.
If there was no wrong by bush, Rummy, Sanchez, Miller, etc.., why would Frist have to pull that bill? Why not get things out in the open and have a independant investigation? We all know the gov. doesnt mind spending money, so it cant be worry over that!
You cant tell your troops one thing and then leave them hanging, its just not right. More people should stand behind all our troops, those scapegoats too. They were told they were saving lives, and probably did. Dont judge from home.

I knew that was coming. You are that stupid and predictable.
When opinions lead to actions that result in the death of our soldiers and are used as propaganda against the stated objectives of our constitutionally elected government and to subvert our population it becomes treason. You don’t even talk a good show. I say feed you to the sharks off the coast of Club Gitmo.

September 24th, 2005 at 7:07 pmI am a patriot. I went to war for Bush Sr. You know, the smart Bush. He was smart enough to not invade Baghdad. Bush Jr. was too stupid to even listen to his dad, when he told him that invading Iraq was a bad idea and Bush Jr. has now even blamed his dad for 9/11.
This guy is a real piece of work. he has never been to war, but considers himself a “war president”
He is anything but.
As soon as you have served this country, you can tell me about being a patriot. Until that time, you do not have a leg to stand on.
September 24th, 2005 at 7:13 pm“When opinions lead to actions that result in the death of our soldiers and are used as propaganda against the stated objectives of our constitutionally elected government and to subvert our population it becomes treason. ”
Considering bush wasn’t constitutionally elected, nor did he ‘legally’ obtain the approval of congress for the war because he treasonously lied about the grounds for war - then clearly Bush is the one who committed treason…
“You don’t even talk a good show. I say feed you to the sharks off the coast of Club Gitmo.”
I say talk like this is clearly why you and your traiterous NeoCons are a dangerous traitors to the democracy and its values. You steal elections, wage illegal wars, steal the country blind, try to bankrupt it, don’t supply the troops with the equipment, training, supplies or troop strength needed to do their job - and otherwise undermine the country’s military and moral. You are truly the traiterous scum of the earth. And yet, I would never say kill any of you - because unlike how you and your terrorist buddies feel, that would be unamerican and against our values. But then again, the only thing you seem to value is hate, retribution and vengence. You are truly a terrorist.
September 24th, 2005 at 7:20 pm“Sorry Dean but the vast majority of us don’t agree that it’s wrong to kick the enemies ass. The only sin I can see is allowing you Left Wing Asses to continue your sedition and subversion.”
Lets see, who’s the enemy - the iraqi people, as they seem to be the main folks dying here (100,000 and counting). Also, torture isn’t warfare, it’s sadism. It’s an outmoted practice that any self respecting military person will tell you is ineffective. The only purpose of it is the same purpose as terrorism, to satisfy the sick urgings of a psychotic (that would be you and your buddy frist).
September 24th, 2005 at 7:22 pm“It’s called patriotism. Those who catch it hate throat slitting, head chopping baby killing enemies of all that is good MORE than they hate their own country. Careful you don’t catch it.”
Was it also patriotic when Republicans trained, funded and recruited AlQueda? Was it also patriotic when they sold WMDs to Iraq? Was it also patriotic when they sold Plutonium reactors to Iran? You and your slime buddies always claim patriotism for every treasonous act you commit! You aren’t patriots, you’re radical terrorists!
September 24th, 2005 at 7:23 pmThe United States Army agrees. The Army Field Manual on Intelligence Interrogation states:
Use of torture and other illegal methods is a poor technique that yields unreliable results, may damage subsequent collection efforts, and can induce the source to say what he thinks the interrogator wants to hear. Revelation of use of torture by U.S. personnel will bring discredit upon the U.S. and its armed forces while undermining domestic and international support for the war effort. It may also place U.S. and allied personnel in enemy hands at a greater risk of abuse by their captors.
In other words, weakening the rules against torture makes us less secure, not more. Torture produces unreliable information, makes it more difficult to win wars, and places our troops at risk.
The 9/11 Commission correctly concluded that the prisoner abuse scandal has damaged our ability to combat the terrorist threat. In the Commission’s words, “Allegations that the United States abused prisoners in its custody make it harder to build the diplomatic, political, and military alliances the government will need.â€
Sadly, pictures from Abu Ghraib have become recruiting posters for Al-Qaeda. To remedy this problem, we must heed the words of Revolutionary Thomas Paine, who said: “He that would make his own liberty secure must guard even his enemy from oppression.â€
September 24th, 2005 at 7:57 pmIf the Army Field Manuel states that, and its true, then Col. Pappas, General Fast, General Sanchez, General Miller, etc.. should have had no need to bring their abuse tactics over from Guantanamo to Iraq to help stem the tide of the insurgency
September 24th, 2005 at 8:05 pmI see I-RIGHT-I is still shooting his Nazi mouth off here. Talks big about patriotism and kicking some enemy ass. Hey shit-for-brains, since you it is obvious that you have never served your country except from behind the TV, the actions of our armed forces are guided by a number of principles, not the least of which are the Code of Conduct, the Uniform Code of Military Justice, the US Constitution, and the moral and ethical qualities that seperate us from our enemies.
Get a clue, dipshit.

John, if I thought that were true I’d be on your side. But it’s not. Where’s the oil? Show me real torture as a policy and a weapon as it was used against us in Germany, Japan and even Iraq. I guess you don’t think beheading Americans for the hungry internet web cams isn’t torture? Don’t trot out naked but living killers who still are wearing their heads and try and tell me it’s torture.
Immoral? Before you can make that statement you must first prove that you are a moral man and I don’t mean in some touchy feely “do if for the children” kind of way. I mean you must show the willingness to do the right thing even though it’s the hard thing. You have to show me you know the difference between good and evil. You said you were moral. Stick around and prove it. Here’s a hint, you’re not off to a good start.

September 24th, 2005 at 8:53 pmFor my own part I would as soon be descended from that heroic little monkey, who braved his dreaded enemy in order to save the life of his keeper; or from that old baboon, who, descending from the mountains, carried away in triumph his young comrade from a crowd of astonished dogs — as from a savage who delights to torture his enemies, offers up bloody sacrifices, practices infanticide without remorse, treats his wives like slaves, knows no decency, and is haunted by the grossest superstitions.
-Charles Darwin (The Descent of Man, 1871)
No theory is too false, no fable too absurd, no superstition too degrading for acceptance when it has become embedded in common belief. Men will submit themselves to torture and to death, mothers will immolate [burn] their children at the bidding of beliefs they thus accept.

His brother gave him a sweetheart deal on the initial sale, it grew to a 35 million dollar investment and he cashed in when he could get the most for his holdings. $35 000 000 / $58 = 603 448 shares of HCA if that is what he had.
I doubt very much if he is sailing his yacht today.

You can keep talking about ‘the terrorists’ and the atrocious things they do as if that justifies torture, but it simply doesn’t. It cheapens America to accept torture in its name. We as a nation supposedly decided long ago that we are above that.
If you support torture, you hate America and everything for which it’s supposed to stand. You should move to Sudan.
It says, ‘we don’t give a shit about who we are anymore’. It literally throws everything America has purported to stand for in its over 200 year history into the trash. It makes the allies we’d want to have not want to have us as allies. Because they then have to associate with a noation that practices torture.
That ‘coalition of the willing [to look the other way while we commit untold human rights violations]’ is looking a bit thin these days…
I’ve read and understand the bible, right-i. ALL OF IT. It’s a barely comprehensible litany of word-of-mouth and contradiction. To say otherwise would be ignorant. Don’t just quote me the ‘good parts’.
Consider…[excerpt from - The Lone Star Iconoclast Online http://198.65.14.85/Letters/July/letters01.htm
1. Leviticus 25:44 states that I may possess slaves, both male and female, provided they are purchased from neighboring nations. A friend of mine claims that this applies to Mexicans, but not to Canadians. Can you clarify? Why can’t I own Canadians?
2. I would like to sell my daughter into slavery, as sanctioned in Exodus 21:7. In this day and age, what do you think would be a fair price for her?
3. I know that I am allowed no contact with a woman while she is in her period of menstrual uncleanliness (Lev. 15:19-24). The problem is, how do I tell? I have tried asking, but most women take offense.
4. When I burn a bull on the altar as a sacrifice, I know it creates a pleasing odor for the Lord (Lev. 1:9). The problem is my neighbors. They claim the odor is not pleasing to them. Should I smite them?
5. I have a neighbor who insists on working on the Sabbath. Exodus 35:2 clearly states that he should be put to death. Am I morally obligated to kill him myself, or should I ask the police to do it?
6. A friend of mine feels that, even though eating shellfish is an abomination (Lev. 11:10), it is a lesser abomination than homosexuality. I don’t agree. Can you settle this? Are there “degrees” of abomination?
7. Lev. 21:20 states that I may not approach the altar of God if I have a defect in my sight. I have to admit that I wear reading glasses. Does my vision have to be 20/20, or is there some wiggle-room here?
8. Most of my male friends get their hair trimmed, including the hair around their temples, even though this is expressly forbidden by Lev. 19:27. How should they die?
9. I know from Lev. 11:6-8 that touching the skin of a dead pig makes me unclean, but may I still play football if I wear gloves?
10. My uncle has a farm. He violates Lev. 19:19 by planting two different crops in the same field, as does his wife by wearing garments made of two different kinds of thread (cotton/polyester blend). He also tends to curse and blaspheme a lot. Is it really necessary that we go to all the trouble of getting the whole town together to stone them (Lev. 24:10-16)? Couldn’t we just burn them to death at a private family affair, like we do with people who sleep with their in-laws (Lev.20:14)?
So, right-i, is this the bible you claim to know and understand so well? I think if Jesus knew you, really, he’d be pretty sad for you. You’re a hypocrite to quote Jesus in such a hateful, gay-bashing context. And I find it hard to believe by reading your comments that you don’t hate also. You’re riddled with the kind of hate that Jesus could never understand or condone.
You give Jesus a bad name. If you were really living your life for Jesus, you’d be donating your time to community efforts for the less fortunate. You certainly wouldn’t be here, insulting people.
What would Jesus do, right-I?
Would he call somebody a “crack head dime a throw gutter snipe” (funny I never saw that phrase in the bible)? Can you “prove that you are a moral man” by calling someone a “lying sissy” or claiming to want to feed someone “to the sharks off the coast of Club Gitmo”?
That’s a real difficult moral road you’re taking there. I mean, it must be hard to say that. But if it’s “the right thing even though it’s the hard thing”, then I can’t argue. It must’ve been SO HARD to say that Jesus never said it himself.
But hey, if it was the right thing, how can I argue with you?

These republican psychopaths use torture because they’re sick freaks. Torture is known to be unreliable, and the uniform code says don’t use it because of this. It takes an illiterate fool to ignore scientific metrics on the subject, yet these creationist fools never care about science, only fairy tales written in a set of scrolls that were ANONYMOUSLY penned in greek and fully unauthenticated… In otherwords, they’re fools!

You actually know some straight people? If you do then you should know we don’t call you that to your face, unless you’re in Texas.
September 24th, 2005 at 10:21 pmI-RIGHT-I,
“The Book,” the bible, is full of murder. Don’t come here, or anywhere other than a church and try to preach peace, or “thou show not kill” and claim that it’s the bible that teaches you those things. More people have died in the “name of god†than for any other reason.
As far as homosexual’s are concerned, some of the “greatest” men and women who ever lived were “gay.” If you look back through all of our gene pools you will find that everyone’s gene pool has homosexuals in it. Humans are sexual beings. Just like any other animal on the planet. Have you ever seen a male dog try to hump another male dog?
Thousands of years ago, when primal man would go out in packs hunting and leave the women alone for days on end, neither sex would have a heterosexual outlet. But their “needs” and “desires” would compel them to perform sexual acts on people of the same sex, just like any other animal. This is where “homo”-sexual desires come from. It’s just an instinct, and like all instincts, some of us are more in tune with certain instincts more then others.
In order for people to live peacefully, there must be understanding. As long as there are people like you who don’t accept people for who they are, there can never be peace. Congratulations on being a road block to peace. You had better be proud of yourself.
September 24th, 2005 at 10:22 pm“You actually know some straight people? If you do then you should know we don’t call you that to your face, unless you’re in Texas.”
I’ve been to texas many times (several times this year alone), the only terms I’ve ever heard used were queer and faggot - both of which were spewn out like your tripe. So unless you and your closet texas fag friends have a secret code for your anonymous sex get togethers, this is not common language. You’re clearly a closet case…
September 24th, 2005 at 10:26 pmDamn.
I was hoping right-i would reply with another enlightened comment. Actually, no I wasn’t; this is what I do in the blogs- get rid of the irrelevant commentary so a discussion can actually commence. But heed my advice about trolls, and the way to get rid of them: don’t get into the name-calling back and forth, it only plays to their strength, which is spewing hate, and feeds their desire, which is to rattle you because they think you’re ‘wimpy liberals’. Challenge their “rightness” and their “righteousness” with their own words. right-i only made it too easy in this case.
funny, when you show someone that they’re obviously being a hypocrite, it usually shuts them up pretty quick. Unless they’re just stupid.
The democrats should run on that premise alone - the hypocrisy of the republicans in almost every political effort they make. (r)’s have a hard time even pretending they’re conservative anymore.

I don’t think a little tear gas is torture, even if it’s true. But to answer your question loser I don’t think the Geneva convention applies to men who hide among the population, kill civilians, shoot from behind women and children, blow up school buses and police stations. In fact the Geneva Convention and commonly held international rules of war expressly exclude cold blooded killers like that. When found they are to be taken out and shot like the dogs they are. Why we don’t do that to these monsters is beyond be.
I have to wonder what kind of people, what kind of community what kind of side show freak teacher you had to produce a hateful arguably insane person who calls Islamic head chopping, baby killing, bomb throwing nutter a human and one of our soldiers and animal? September 25th, 2005 at 7:58 amThis is a typical thread. Starts with a topic and degenerates into sniping, innuendo and ends in vitriolic namecalling. That’s why I love blogs. At the end you have to say–uh, just what started this?
Frist did what he was supposed to do as leader of the rank-and-file Republicans in the Senate: he followed his leader’s orders. As I am sure the military at lower ranks did, just as the Captain reported.
Is it the correct thing to do? And even it is correct, is it the moral thing to do? If you conclude it is both correct and moral, you evidently get to honk your horn and play Superior Patriot in the Bush Administration’s band. If you have serious qualms about the correctness and morality, I think you have a conscience.
September 25th, 2005 at 9:34 amSince Frist came out and backed stem cell research, his protection from the Administration seems to have evaporated. Guess you play by Dubya’s rules or you’re off the team. Since the AG office is controlled by you-know-who, I’d say this is Frist’s swan song. Even if he doesn’t go to prison, he’s certainly going to wipe out his ’savings’ in attorney fees. And if this doesn’t send a signal to other Republicans…..nothing like having a knife to your throat.
September 25th, 2005 at 10:10 amOops, my apologies, wrong blog. Meant to post of the following one.

Six Percent
Six percent is the amount of my life I will have spent in Iraq by the end of this deployment. Granted, it is not a large number, but when you think of life as a one-time-only event, suddenly every last moment is precious. Six percent is a lot to have wasted in a perilous and hostile environment. It is a lot of time to have spent betrayed by The Lie. Before I get out of the army, fully twenty percent of my enlistment will have been spent “stop lossed” past the expiration of my contract. More than a year will transpire after I was supposed to have been released from service.
Today marks an especially bitter day for me as I learned from the news (of all places) that my unit’s deployment will be extended until the end of January, making it much longer than the twelve month “maximum”. The Department of Defense says that less than ten thousand soldiers will be affected, and therefore the scope of the extension is very limited. Also, the length of our extension will be shorter than in the past.
That may be true, but it does not make the news any less damaging to me, personally. I have been abused by the army and the country for too long, and now the mistreatment has been extended. This is MY LIFE that they are destroying. Six percent. I’ll never get it back, and there is nothing that they can do to make up for my lost life… but in lieu of an apology and the promise of a speedy return home, I am EXTENDED? I promised Holly that I would be home for my birthday (it would have been the first time we would be together for it), but I was a fool for believing I couldn’t possibly be screwed any more than I had been
The country lied to me, and my life is in deficit by six percent because of it. My rage and hatred are reaching a point where I sometimes feel like expressing both violently. I would not want to be on the battlefield with someone like me; but everywhere I look, I see people going through the same emotions. We are the army of The Betrayed; soldiers lied to and abused. Soldiers who will spend the rest of our lives wondering what we did to deserve our country’s betrayal. That so few people in America seem to care about us adds insult to injury. Wake up, America; right this horrible wrong before more of your youth are lied to on their way to The Slaughterhouse.

September 25th, 2005 at 11:05 amBeing from TN, the people here have not forgotten HCA was charged with Medicare fraud back in the early ’90’s but as “luck” would have it they rebounded quite nicely. Dr. Frist needs to come on back to TN and do what he does best, cut on people and defraud the government.
As for the brainwashed bible thumpers, they will be rightly “shocked and awed” when they finally wake up and realize that the “One World Government” they have been so afraid of turns out to be nothing more than the Imperialism of the United States, backed by that “New One World Regligion” they have been so afraid of, which is of course none other than their very own Christianity. The bible was written for the believer, not the unbeliever. Their prophecy is about themselves, but they have been brainwashed to believe it’s all about “somebody else”. Remember, when dealing with the “dark side”, one must think in opposites, that is thier “MO”, deception.
And speaking of deception, let’s not forget that the Israeli Mossad’s moto is “By way of deception, shalt thou make war.” 9/11 was planned, financed, and executed by the Israeli Mossad with help of course from the upper ranks of the CIA and FBI, along with the full knowledge and consent of the Busch administration which sent 3,000 American Citizens to the slaughter like so many sacrificial sheep for the appeasement of their murdering, warmongering, SELF PROFESSED, angry, vengeful, jealous, god.

September 25th, 2005 at 1:12 pmFUN FACTS ABOUT PROTESTORS
* They are called “protestors†because there is something which they “protestâ€. Only God know what, though, because they’re so damn incoherent.
* Much like the pineapple, protestors start with a ‘p’.
* Protestors like to yell a lot, but it’s hard to hear what they’re saying. It’s probably about how much they like Saddam and dictators since them being deposed seems to really get them riled.
* Protestors try to make their message clearer by waving signs around. Apparently they don’t think there should be trade between the Red Cross and Exxon.
* A number of protestors these days are anarchists. They can be identified as the protestors who can’t properly pronounce what they are.
* Large scale protests rarely change things because people don’t want to share opinions with smelly, yelling people.
* To protestors, the day they protest is known as “action dayâ€. To police, it’s known as “whomping dayâ€.
* If you’re a police officer and it looks like protests are getting out of control, shoot a protestor. I thought I saw him going for a gun too (wink) (wink).
* Like bees, protestors operate in swarms, but they don’t produce anything useful like honey.
* In America, the right to protest is guaranteed by the First Amendment, but I don’t think it’s a coincidence how that one’s directly followed by one saying we should have guns.
* Whatever you do, don’t let protestors touch you! It will make you annoyed.
* There are rarely large scale protests by right-leaning people on account of them having things called dignity and jobs.
* By the principles of basic physics, sound can be nullified by hitting it with the same sound with the sound wave offset by ninety degrees. So, to nullify the yelling of protestors, blast them with the recording of monkeys screeching.
* You make monkeys screech by dangling bananas in front of them but never giving them to them. Stupid monkeys. What are they going to do anyway? Take over the world and blow up the Statue of Liberty?
* Much like fire, protestors need oxygen to survive. Also like fire, denying protestors oxygen can cause them to die out.
* In another similarity to fire, dousing protestors with water can help quell them.
* Maybe if the song “Don’t Worry; Be Happy†were played over loudspeakers, protestors would stop protesting as they no longer worried and were now happy. It’s worth a shot.
* Another idea is tear gas, but that will probably cause them to worry and not be happy. Screw them.

Here’s a pic of his back, which is all you’d ever see of this punk ass bitch, running, or down on all fours with his ass up in the air.
September 25th, 2005 at 6:08 pmDigby has the real scoop, not on LGF or Iron Oven Mitt, but on the corrupt little twirps in the GOP. Direct mail con men, like Rove, who bilk little old ladies out of their money. Shoot them on sight, but be prepared to shoot them in the back. They will be running away.

I thought that breaking it off in your ass earlier might have calmed you down. Maybe you want round two? Whadaya say punk?
September 25th, 2005 at 6:20 pm… The thing that sickens me is Frist took the Hippocratic oath !!!
No, he took the hypocritic oath. All conservative Republicans and Bible thumpers take it.
September 25th, 2005 at 6:21 pm“I thought that breaking it off in your ass earlier might have calmed you down.”
Dude, seriously. You sound like a raging flaming gay person. Stop it. You’re making yourself look bad.
You should just go back to lame ass republican talking points and racist KKK hate speech. Than atleast it appears that you have an opinion.
Right now, you just look like a homo.

Well, you know better than that but hey you should STFU if I’m making myself look bad. Hell, I’m the only one here than can do it!
September 25th, 2005 at 6:36 pmApparently Frist received 24 separate letters from the blind trust giving him details on every transaction they were executing. He knew exactly what was in the trust at any given time, making a mockery of the rules of blind trusts. And on top of that, he and his whole family had a coordinated massive sell off just before the ‘bad news’ came out that caused the stock to plummet. More LOOTING by repubican gang banger crooks…

YOu probably jumped up and down and bought a round for the house when you heard about that Negro Muslim convert US soldier that tossed a grenade into the tent of his sleeping comrades in arms.
Shoot them in the back indeed. Keep talking, God is listening. Almost as bad as that…so am I.

No fvcking way. I love it when you say things like you’re a big old gay homosexual. It is so funny that you are so stupid. I talk about you all the time. Everybody I know loves to read your moron diatribes. I mean really, you are one of the funniest things around.
September 25th, 2005 at 6:54 pmGod is listening! LOL!! You idiot. If God was listening, you’d be dead along with the rest of the GOPstapo. Or… if he was listening to you, I would be dead, along with all my “islamofascist buddies”. If there is a God, you moron, he’s not particularly interested in anything that goes on in our insignificant little lives.
September 25th, 2005 at 6:54 pmSee, once again, you stupidly think that everybody here supports every democrat fanatically the way you and your NeoCOn friend are zealots for the right wing side.
We are not. You are stupid. Get it?
September 25th, 2005 at 6:55 pmfrist is a republican.
frist is a crook.
republicans are crooks.
It’s that simple.

Thanks, then my time is not wasted. Guess what?..Some of your smarter friends are starting to get it. They just don’t tell you because you’ve got the best weed in the neighborhood and your parents are gone most of the time.
September 25th, 2005 at 7:06 pmWhy are republicans always thinking about the asses of democrats? Surely there must be at least one republican who doesn’t look like jabba the hut they can fantasize about instead? Having any republican think about my ass is just revolting…
September 25th, 2005 at 7:07 pmEverybody I know loves to read your moron diatribes.
He thinks his dog can read! Actually, there’s a very good possibility his dog is better informed than he is.

During your academic training you skipped philosophy didn’t you? Where were you? Never mind I don’t want to know….look up the term logical fallacy.
September 25th, 2005 at 7:09 pmBahahaha,
The republican propagandist thinks smart people listen to him…
Bahahaha
Bahahaha
Bahahaha
The reichwinger viewer numbers are dropping like the HCA stock that Frist insider traded! And so are bush’s poll numbers.
They could only must 400 people for a nationwide rally, and people are ‘getting’ the republican story?
Bahahaha
If that were so delusionally stupid, it would sound funny. Wait, it still does!
Bahahahahaha
September 25th, 2005 at 7:09 pmBahahahahaha
I have a minor in philosophy, thank you very much. I just figured I’d use the same kind of reductive techniques that republicans all appear to be limited to…
Clearly it worked, it made you actually use the word philosphy and reason. See, I know you have an education based on what you just wrote, too bad you never seem to use it!
