Political appointees can, after about 2 years, land "career" federal jobs by "burrowing in" under something callled the "Ramspect Act." In past Administrations, there have been a very low number of Ramspect appointments. I wonder how many clerk-typists jobs the current administration has been packing with loyalists? Clearly his understanding for the need for qualified personnel never entered into his training. I'm assuming that's what happens when you MBA is bought through legacy and "gentleman's 'C's" (otherwise known as failing all your classes because you're a stupid spoiled brat) instead of someone who actually earns an education.
