Mr. Earle’s interpretation of the law is his own and is guided by the DNC who is pulling the political strings. I cite examples in the cases against Kay Bailey Hutchinson and Tom Delay,both of which have no merit and no case in fact. His twisting of the facts and distortion of the truth will one day land him in jail on the other side of the law. Ronnie Earle should be the one indicted for fraud and case manipulation.

Look up how many Grand Juries it took to indict Tom DeLay, and how long Ronnie Earl has been unsuccessfully pushing the case.

Then look up the election law DeLay is convicted under.

What year was it written?

What year did the alleged money laudering take place?

What is DeLay’s role in the groups associated with the money transfers?

Then, AFTER you have all the facts, write your opinions here, because MOST of what I’ve read sounds ignorant.

Hint: A variety of sources may be needed. MoveOn.org or TomDelay.com are probably not a reliable source.

Strike Two Dems!

DeLay’s attorneys have cited 34 political contributions Perkins has made to Democrats since 2000, including donations to MoveOn.org, a liberal advocacy group that has waged a campaign against DeLay.

Interestingly enough Judge Perkins has been REMOVED for possible biases he would have against a Republican.

Guess we shall see shortly, just how full of “STUFF” our good friend Ronnie “Grand Jury Shopper” Earle is.

Great knowledge of the law, and UNBIAS (Something liberals couldn’t do if they tried). Ted “ORCA” Kennedy won’t have much to disagree with, as well as Dicky Derbin, and the “Boo” Specter (republican my rear). The moment these dopes try and filibuster, they will lose their support in government. Typical of idiots not to agree with an intelligent person. They need a marionette on the court system. Oh yea, CHUCKY SHMUCKY SCHUMER says we didn’t pick a judge that is balanced? When the hell did CLINTON ever do that? Moment he was elected, he ran all the LEFTIST radicals he could onto the Court.

If the arguemnent is that this judge can’t hear DeLay’s case because he donated to Democrats, then one must ask if De Guerrin is qualified to effectively represent Delay–I believe he’s made many donations to Democrats.

Further, we are also expected to beleive that John Roberts and Harriet Miers would be able to hear cases objectively in spite of their DEEP-SEATED FAITH!!!!

Hypocrisy runs deep.
