I saw DeLay on Faux last night, and he told more lies in 10 minutes than I have ever heard of in my life.

One that stands out was "I have never had any problems in the House".

I hope his media blitz backfires on him - bigtime.

The Rovian technique is to launch a smear / denial campaign on every front. This will be no different. Faux, CNN and every repub website will blast the Democrats and Texas DA as playing dirty and attempting to disrupt America's effort to fight terrorists. Thus they are anti-American and poor Mr. Hammer is only their last victim.

Of course, the problem they have is that they have grown so overconfident and with bushco in charge that there is no threat of anything ever happening in Washington, DC to cause alarm. But those darn state officials....gotta git rid of them!

Did anyone see Bush's full remarks on C-Span yesterday -- the man is more incoherent every day. I think I am believing that he is back on the sauce, with a snort or two for a chaser.
