FEMA CONCENTRATION CAMPS: Locations and Executive Orders
www.sianews.com/modules.p...e&sid=1062

There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general's signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. Ask yourself if you really want to be on Ashcroft's list.
The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a "mass exodus" of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people.

Now let's review the justification for any actions taken...

Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen:...

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990

allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995

allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997

allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998

allows the government to seize all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind and total control over all highways, seaports, and waterways.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10999

allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000

allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001

allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002

designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons. i know for a fact they doing this right NOW! im a victim of it! they block my po box now without even giving a reason why!

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005

allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051

specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310

grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049

assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921

allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation. General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA's Civil Security Division stated in a 1983 conference that he saw FEMA's role as a "new frontier in the protection of individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global audience in times of crisis." FEMA's powers were consolidated by President Carter to incorporate the...

and on and on..

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Does this imply a possible bioweapon attack there is no defence against? Where isolation is the only option..? Or are they for people who refuse to be chipped?

I think they are getting ready for something big, and they have been planning for a while.. How can they be so certain that so many people are expected to be a danger to the rest of the population?

Scary stuff

Sixpack, I told that little primper Delay to quit using the same greasy pommade you use - God, I wish he'd listen to me.

#29 - Don't flatter yourself, PP - your arguments aren't cogent or concise. Some trolls argue for a living - this site is merely a "sport" for us. We have no desire to change your minds - you would be of no use to us.
You might want to start winning elections - I have a suggestion how you anti-war, Bush bashers might convince the great unwashed that they should vote for all of your progressive candidates. Let them know that the Revolutionary Communist Party is a strong backer of "Not in Our Name" and members of that group are signatories on the worldcantwait scam. No surprise there - but we know how progressives love honesty and transparency!!

Pablo - You're right, Republican justice is no where near as fair and equitable as Mexican justice. Be careful down there, gringo.

If he obtains new evidence, why should he not bring it forth? For example, Margaret Thatcher was just questioned in the Abramoff probe, and DeLay was a topic of conversation. Should any information found before the close have been off limits just because it wasn't obtained a little earlier? No, I have no problem with bringing any evidence for as long as the grand jury is in session, even on the last day; it is neither illegal nor unethical.

tigrismus: Are you comfortable with the integrity of a prosecuter that brings forth new evidence and new charges on the final day of the grand jury's regular term? I'm not. Seems like politics as usual to me. Personally, Delay seems like a person that works the system. Like I said the system is corrupt. Term limits is a great first step to reducing it. Also look at the corruption that goes on with union dues in direct violation of the law and no one says a thing.

Keep talking. I've heard the saying before and I've heard it here, too: The guilty scream first, loudest, and longest. Man, he's such a greedy prick he's grabbing the rope and hanging himself with it. This is more than just Delay. Abramoff, Delay, and Co. are going to rat on a lot of operatives, high and low. This should be big enough to taint the Republican party for years.

In a written statement Tuesday, Travis County District Attorney Ronnie Earle acknowledged that prosecutors presented their case to three grand juries — not just the two they had discussed — and one grand jury refused to indict DeLay. When questions arose about whether the state's conspiracy statute applied to the first indictment returned last Wednesday, prosecutors presented a new money-laundering charge to second grand jury on Friday because the term of the initial grand jury had expired.

Working on its last day Friday, the second grand jury refused to indict DeLay. Normally, a "no-bill" document is available at the courthouse after such a decision. No such document was released Tuesday.

Earle's statement on Tuesday said he took money-laundering and conspiracy charges to a third grand jury on Monday after prosecutors learned of new evidence over the weekend.

Lawyers for DeLay immediately called foul after Earle released his statement after 5 p.m. Tuesday.

"What could have happened over the weekend?" said Austin lawyer Bill White, who represents DeLay. "They investigate for three years and suddenly they have new evidence? That's beyond the pale!"

White suggested that Earle released his statement Tuesday because he feared reporters would learn about the no-bill.

In his statement, Earle said he would have no further comment because grand jury proceedings are secret.

Yep, that Earle guy is a real honest person. Why don't we all be honest and acknowledge that the system is corrupt. Both sides use deception and loop holes to compete against the other doing the same.

That's what is sad today. Ignore the dishonesty of your agenda but persecute the dishonesty of the opposition.

"I DO think there is something wrong (note I didn’t say “illegal”) about sending $190K to the RNC and getting back $190K for congressional candidates."

Yes, it is called money laudering.

Hey Aphro, you dont know how Kay Baily Hutchison, the alcoholic Texas senator got off that case do you?

Let me tell you, look it up if you dont believe me.

Earle had her dead to rights, had taped conversation of her directing her people to destroy the evidence.

The matter went to trial, jury pciked and sworn. Earle told the judge he was going to introduce the evidence of the crime to the judge. Her attorney objected. The judge, being the good puke that he was threw that evidence out of court.

DEarle then told the court that he was not ready to go to trial without that evidence and walked out of the courtroom.

The judge, being the good puke he is dismissed the jury, had another panel brought in, swore them in, told them the matter before them was the State vs. Hutchison, and directed a verdict of NOT GUILTY.

gREAT REPUBLICAN JUSTICE HEY APHRO?

#38 nailed it. Tom has said enough to satisfy the right-wing media hucksters, giving them enough to run with (we're already seeing "news" stories explaining that he misspoke), while hiding behind non-existant grand jury secrecy rules.

"I can’t really talk about specifics of that interview because it’s under grand jury secrecy and, unlike Ronnie Earle, I’m going to adhere to that agreement. . ."

As a witness HE'S FREE TO DISCUSS ANYTHING HE SAID!!!

He's such a goddam liar. I don't hate these guys because they're conservatives. I hate them because they earned it. Every day it seems like there's something that makes me despise them anew.

The trolls will just hate this guy. I loved his book. It was the short, sweet, simple truth. Tommy wouldn't be facing life in the pen if he had ever bothered to read it and comprehend it, but he may not have had the capacity to do either.

#34 Sharon I agree with you about there are some Dems that don't belong in congress. I have James Sensenbrenner as my House Representative. I have writen to him but all I get is his spin on things. When he has townhall meetings if you don't agree with him he is very rude. He is one person that needs to go. I have two Senators that are Democrats. Russ Feingold is one which I like. He is thinking of running for President and Senator Kohl is the other one. He is a low key Senator. This is all new to me I guess I woke up when old Bushis took office in 2000. I hope we can take our America back from these cronies.
