Just wondering what exactly is the other 60% thinking? I mean what does he have to do?
October 14th, 2005 at 3:36 pmIndicted doesn’t mean guilty, I’d be one of the 60 percent waiting for the legal process to work,if he’s found guilty I’d be for him resigning immediately, but he’s only been charged at this point.

He should resign! Let the judicial process work its magic but beyond this indictment the guy is a sleeze ball! The people of Sugarland are better off without him!

But if he won 60% or less, who cares? If I was a Democrat in that district I would have wanted him to resign from the day he won the election.

Smear Machine? What democratic smear machine? As for republican smears, swiftboat/kerry, plame, Clinton, you guys are nothing BUT smears. And as we’ve previously shown, the best you can do is say someone ‘misled – not lied’ under oath. The response clinton gave was in fact TRUE based on the grand jury definitions. Unlike Delay who’s ALREADY BEEN FOUND GUILTY 3 TIMES OF ETHICS VIOLATIONS!
Oh and you didn’t get the Memo? Ann Coulter and several republican politicians recently said that McCarthy was a good guy. Wow, does that mean we’re all GOOD?

Their lawyers say that attack ad on Earl is shameless.
Although Delays lawyer says its perfectly legal to run attack ads against Earl, others question whether it can be construed as influencing the jury pool.
Keep it up Delay, you are digging yourself deeper and deeper and your so called buddies want no part of it.
