Supreme Court nominee Harriet Miers agreed in 1989 that she would ‘actively support’ a proposed constitutional amendment that would ban abortion except when necessary to prevent the death of the mother,” the Washington Post reports.
A FUBAR Bush litmus test should not surprize
anyone.
Was there really any question how Harriet would
vote on this issue?
I think FUBAR Bush does not trust actual constitutional
thinkers as they can’t be trusted to tow the party line.
Here he tries to appoint someone who does not seem
to have the constitutional legal mind to think for
herself. Thus, FUBAR Bush can control her.

It seems to have military origin. Check Wiki if you

I like it because of the sonic similarity to
“bandar bush”, the honorary Saudi member of
the Bush family.
With the confirmation of Miers and her views on abortion, I for one believe we are now at the same dangerous position in this country that the country was at some 150 years ago when Abraham Lincoln was elected president considering his already known views on another rubicon issue..slavery, only now I think we liberals are in the same position the South was then. We all know the drastic measures the South and her sympathizers felt obliged to take over the five year period following Lincoln’s election!…..
I guess James Dobson knows what he’s talking about…
