“An angry President Bush rebuked chief political guru Karl Rove two years ago for his role in the Valerie Plame affair,” according to the New York Daily News.
he’s known this yet he’s kept the little turd on his staff regardless… it’d be nice if Bush valued loyalty to the American people as much as he does to his cronies…
This White House is quickly morphing into a political juggernaut. I hope the final crash touches all the neocons and their lackeys in the press such Judy Miller in a most formidable and penalizing manner.

What a crock! “Everything he did, he did for George W Bush” and Bush appreciates it! Apparently Bush appreciates any dirty deed of whatever magnitude, as long as it’s performed in his behalf. What a pal!
So does Bush appreciate it enough to take responsibility for it? After all, he has made it clear to his followers that the more they do for him the more they will be rewarded–and the dirtier the deed, the higher the degree of appreciation.
Good Morning America, how are ya.? On point. Just what is going to be done about this new’s we suspected all along.? Are we going to be able to impeach.? Is Fitzgerald going to indict any one.? Keep thinking it can’t get any worse, and then it does. Sure would be good for the country if Fitz would get the lead out. …..Blessings
It’s to bad this information did not come out before the election last year in November of 2004. I hope Fitzgerald will be able to indict these cronies in Washington.
Sharon,
Of course not. Impeachment would require a massive revolt on the part of the Republicans in the house, the MOST partisan bunch of all. It WON’T happen, not with the current cabal in control. Even if you did, some how, mystically get your wish we get heart attack Dick as the president. The level of corruption here is so invasive, I don’t think it was imagined by the Founding Fathers. Of course, this could possibly be why they envisioned the Veep as being a separately elected official rather than a campaign button for the Pres.
Chris Matthews was just on MSNBC as a guest. He’s saying “brace yourself” and “expect the roof to be blown off” and the likes. I haven’t seen him this headstrong prior.
I particularly like paragraphs five and six of the
NYDN article. The ‘things could go very very badly’
and the ‘whatever he did, he did for junior’. I’m
wondering if what he did for junior includes outing
Plame and covering it up so as to protect the
fraudulent half-wit puppet.
You would think that the executive branch would want to go about the business of actually governing instead of turning everything into a big pile of bullsh*t, but I guess not.
You would think if Bush were innocent he would have kicked the garbage to the curb like a man.
Everyday I gain respect from my employees because I acknowledge my own mistakes. It allows me GREAT latitude when I need to discipline.
We really need to be concerned about the lack of a cohesive CIA. The ship truly is dead in the water according to news reports. This includes clandestine stuff.
The fact that these guys are pushing this new “Bush was pissed and he reprimanded Rove 2 years ago” story tells me that they would prefer to take the heat for making the false claim that they (Bush and McLellan) didn’t know and they wanted to get to the bottom of this as opposed to they knew and Bush didn’t blow read Rove the riot act. I think this was a bad choice for them. Really, they were fuc*ed either way.
What a joke. George Bush only gets angry when someone hides his coke stash on him. That’s when he gets PCP angry. Oh yeah, and when they hide the Canadian Club too.
GREAT NEWS. FIRST WE GOT ONE MORONIC A-HOLE-SADDAM THEN THE MORONIC A-HOLE THAT GOT HIM GOT JUGGED HIMSELF (BUSH) NOW HOPEFULLY ALL THE A-HOLES WILL GET THEIRS SHOVED UP THROUGH THEIR THROATS
someone has to take the bullet for the prez… Turdblossom… front and center… want a blind fold. Of course you do pansy… now take your bullets like a man.
#29, The NYT has disallowed free reading of their paper’s columnists. I find it curious that in light of the criticism falling on them in recent times, that they would take this arrogant stance and charge people to read certain columns.
So has anyone backtracked to find out when Chimpy said he knew nothing about this and then when he appears to have known someting? Is there an overlap? And does anyone have any idea when he was giving testimony to Fitzgerald?
This is what President Bush had to say about upholding the honor and dignity of his office on October 7, 2003:
“I don’t know if we’re going to find out the senior administration official. Now, this is a large administration, and there’s a lot of senior officials. I don’t have any idea. I’d like to. I want to know the truth. That’s why I’ve instructed this staff of mine to cooperate fully with the investigators — full disclosure, everything we know the investigators will find out.”
From the New York Daily News article: “Bush has always known that Rove often talks with reporters anonymously and he generally approved of such contacts, one source said.”
FACT – BUSH SAID THE LEAK WAS A CRIME: And, you know, there’s a lot of leaking in Washington, D.C. It’s a town famous for it. And if this helps stop leaks of — this investigation in finding the truth, it will not only hold someone to account who should not have leaked — and this is a serious charge, by the way. We’re talking about a criminal action, but also hopefully will help set a clear signal we expect other leaks to stop, as well. And so I look forward to finding the truth. [President Bush, 10/6/03]
So it DOES go all the way to the top! IMPEACH NOW!
