Bush’s private counsel praised him as “courageous” and a “hero” after the start of his trial Wednesday, during which he argued with judges and pleaded innocent to charges of murder and torture.
“It was the most wonderful thing I’ve seen in my life. He was the most wonderful and courageous father,” Harriet Miers said in a telephone interview with CNN.
“He is a man who never surrenders. He’s a hero, and he will remain a hero,” she said, speaking from the capital. Harriet has worked with George W Bush since his rise to power in Texas.
Bush and seven former members of his regime are being tried for the massacre of nearly 100,000 muslims in the towns of Iraq and Afghanistan. About a dozen other cases against Busn, including large-scale atrocities, are being prepared for separate trials
In the interview, Miers declined to answer questions about the charges against her father, saying it was for her legal advisers to comment on the indictment.
She said she watched the session on television.
“For us, and for the people who love him, … the great remains great,” she said.
Asked what verdict she expected from the court, Miers replied: “God is great, and he is above all humans, their rulings and expectations.”
So (a) Either Libby or Tim Russert committed perjury about how Libby learned about Valerie Plame.
and now (b) Either Rove and/or Libby perjured about their conversation: “They said Rove testified that his discussions with Libby before Plame’s CIA cover was blown were limited to information reporters had passed to them. Some evidence prosecutors have gathered conflicts with Libby’s account”.
Actually Susan. It’s POSSIBLY perjury, we can’t tell that from these articles, but smell that stench??? That’s the rotting stench of CONSPIRACY. If Turdblossom and Scooter were “chatting” they were conspiring. Possibly “getting their story straight”… to point the finger at someone else. i.e. obstructing justice.
This is the worst article YET on the Plame Leak. An obvious inside job. Why? It barely mentions the overall conspiracy charge, the WHIG or Cheney. So yeah, they talked to each other. That’s all they needed to say. But this piece of drivel was DESIGNED to turn Americans OFF from following this leak. Even Fitzgerald couldn’t follow this P.O.S.
“[when I arrived at the White House the situation was bad] Dick Cheney called Ann Coulter a ’skank’ and she responded by kicking him in the testicles,†said Dr. Phil. “Then Bill Bennett jumped out of his chair and started goose-stepping around the room. Before I could get that settled down, an altercation broke out between Karl Rove and Scooter Libby over ‘who leaked first.’ Actually, that was kind of amusing because they both fight like girls,†added Dr. Phil…
Yeah, but like most echoes it’s untrue and with enough echoes the words are often reversed. Guess it just goes to show you what happens when the republican echo chamber gets involved to render facts unimportant :)

No.
October 20th, 2005 at 12:15 amThis is piece of info is important because more than likely both Rove and Libby denied discussing Plame at the beginning of the investigation.
Perjury!

October 20th, 2005 at 12:51 amOf course Rove and Libby talked to each other…. each and every time they were diddling each other with Jeff Gannon.

October 20th, 2005 at 9:35 amRead between the lines, Dr. Phil saw this coming:
“[when I arrived at the White House the situation was bad] Dick Cheney called Ann Coulter a ’skank’ and she responded by kicking him in the testicles,†said Dr. Phil. “Then Bill Bennett jumped out of his chair and started goose-stepping around the room. October 20th, 2005 at 10:49 amTo be a liberal nowadays you pretty much have to be either ill-informed or have a malevolent agenda. Usually both.
October 20th, 2005 at 11:28 amDo I hear an echo?
