This scandal will be the greatest in all of American political history. Kristol is at the very center of this scandal and his neocon allies are smart enough to know Fitzgerald will eventually come knocking.

When I think about Bush, in many ways he was taken advantage of by the neocons. They used their understanding of his and Cheney’s basic sensibilities (Greed and Cronyism), to spin the white house into a theft driven ideological trance towards proxy wars for Israel. In the bigger picture this nuance may not matter, but however you slice it heads are going to roll. The real question is whether it’s W’s or the neocons. As this all shakes out, you will eventually see the real power in our Republic forced to openly assert itself.
