In response to this letter from Reps. Jane Harman (D-CA), John Conyers (D-Michigan), Tom Lantos (D-CA) and Rush Holt (D-NJ), Fitzgerald will release a public report on the investigation, MSNBC reports. (MSNBC just retracted this report.)

Maybe I’m just cynical but I feel like the White House is going to get away from all of this fairly unscathed. No charges against Rove?

please excuse…i saw NO indication in that link (Rawstory) that Fitzgerald WILL “release a public report on the investigation”…

and now i see an update that “msnbc just retracted this report”

Watch 60 Minutes this Sunday, 10/30. Holt will be talking to Ed Bradley about the investigation. Holt is a member of the House Intelligence Committee and was the first Member of Congress to challenge the administration and introduce a Resolution of Inquiry that would have required the Bush administration to turn over relevant documents on this issue to Congress.
