Actually FEMA worked well in Florida. Why? you ask. Well, they have smart governor. While the Governor and Mayor of Louisiana and New Orleans didn’t have a clue. They knew people could not get out. It’s true that there isn’t enough oil in AK to supplant 3 or 4 years without Saudi oil. It’s also true that there is more than enough oil available from a combination of the North Sea, South America, Canada (oil shale with an explosion of Ven-Cap for its exploitation/development) and half a dozen other locales world-wide. With the effusion of sympathy towards the US which 9-11 produced, deals would have been struck that, while they wouldn’t have been as profitable to US oil producers as a “friendly” Iraq might hypothetically provide, would have been more than enough to maintain our economy until the Saud’s knew we were serious about

A) respecting their right to be an Islamo-fascist state (that is NOT an insult even though the idea is abhorrent and disgusting to any quasi-libertarian)

and

B) obliterating anyone of ANY political-belief structure who supports terrorism against our nation.
