Dave – I think the Times got it correct (although it would’ve been karma-tastic if they had been leaked bad information from the administration at this stage).

Looks like they fly-swat the Plame-outers today, but the big news is, this ain’t over. Fitz is just getting warmed up. And that means more pain for the Bushies, continuing uncertainty and continued lameness.

Dave C you are correct, I’d like to see some of these bloviating pundits with egg on their faces, the rush to ‘be first’ with a news tidbit doesn’t serve anyone well. I’d like to see it knock down some credibility for the so called ‘informed sources’

So, the NYT and the rest of the mainstream news media have actually been wrong this morning in reporting that there will be NO indictment of Rove today. According to Rove’s attorney, there certainly could be an indictment today, right?

The grand jury can certainly vote an indictment this morning if it chooses to … so all this talk about Rove is just that – talk.
