Most of the people in this country believe in the same things: civil rights, not going to war unless absolutely necessary, health coverage for all, a clean environment, fair elections, quality educations for our children, not spending more money than we have and taking care of those who are in need.

Next time you get in one of those intractable arguments ask everyone if they believe in the things I just mentioned. Of course they do. So why are we so divided? Because so much money is made while we are all busy debating things that do not matter.

MizzWrong missed the part where jesus said that there’s no intermediary between a christian and god, so the idea of going to church to have your sins forgiven are really humorously sad. Jesus was the ultimate liberal, who taught people to be kind, generous and to be pascifists. It’s ironic that me being a Hindu, I clearly have a better grip on Jesus than this pseudo christian hate monger. He’s exactly the sort of ‘roman’ that jesus despised. Imperial, arrogant, selfish, brutal to others and the poor, and without humility, kindness or love for others. MizzWrong is the anti-christian.
