What the hell? Of COURSE he knew she was covert. That’s what all of that passing around the file on Air Force I was about. They KNEW. If she weren’t covert, it wouldn’t have been much of a smear. They were trying to destroy her to get back at Wilson.
Besides, don’t they have a responsibility to KNOW whether or not she is covert before they leak her name?
Sorry, but that part of the story seemed really fishy to me. Made me wonder where this information is coming from.
