If this is true, they should probably be made aware that he is advocating boycotting them. If they end up dropping him, that would just be the icing on the cake of this whole blacklist campaign.
Huffington report this AM said the the NY Daily News (read for the comics & picture on page 3 & sports only) dropped O’liely and he is now carried by the NY Post in NY.
It’s been a while for me. Thank god for California.
In a speech today, President Bush tried to answer the majority of Americans who believe we need to change course in Iraq. But he offered no plans to bring troops home—just flashy public relations.
Bush’s public relations push comes at a tipping point in the Iraq debate. A majority of Americans want troops home in 2006 and former supporters of the war in Congress like Rep. John P. Murtha (D-PA) agree.
Members of Congress are changing and examining their position on Iraq right now. It is critical that they hear from all of us. For the next two weeks we’re circulating a petition calling on Congress to insist on an exit strategy to bring the troops home in 2006. Will you sign? Click below.
Much like everything else in his world, this proves that he did no research. I’m surprised he didn’t just list CNN.com Foxnews.com and Yahoo.com or whatever he happened to have in his favorites on that day. I guess if we were talking his favorites here though we’d be talking plumpersphonesex.com and girlsthatlovedonkeylove.com
You see, his marketing people know more than he does. You don’t want to piss off your Jewish, Muslim, Buddist, Hindu or anyother religions people by labeling something a Christmas ornament. Hindus don’t buy Christmas ornaments, but they will buy Holiday ornaments.
Hey Bill, it is called being politically correct, something you know nothing about.
Keith Olbermann on MSNBC just named Bill O’Lielly as the worse, worser and worst person in the world of today!!
His show must be the reason MSNBC made it to BO’s list, because when BO makes some stupid and/or outrageous claim on his show, Olbermann notes it on his show for those of who don’t watch Fox and may have missed it.
Bill O’Reilly, working his hardest to divide this country on non-existant problems. We don’t have enough real political divisions created by the Right, time to make what should be a season of reconciliation and reflection into more red meat rage for the ignorant .3% of the population who are dumb enough to watch his show
BO got KO’d tonight. Keith torpedoed Bill’s entire argument. Maybe Bill will add his own show to the Christmas haters. LOL……Bill has lost the intellectual arguments completely. Time to admit defeat by creating “enemy lists”. Very un-American of you Bill….but totally what I’d expect from a moral relativist and syncophantic apologist for this administration.
I think we should do what BO recommends and not buy the New York Daily News.
November 30th, 2005 at 2:49 pmThey stopped carrying his column earlier this year. May be why they made the list.
November 30th, 2005 at 2:52 pmagreed – from BOs website, “We recommend you do not patronize these operations…”
wonder if Bill is going to pull his column?
November 30th, 2005 at 2:53 pmSince NYDN carries his column, the reason why he put them on the “defamation list” is because of his own columns.
Remember people, he is “not worth your time or money.”
November 30th, 2005 at 2:53 pmIf this is true, they should probably be made aware that he is advocating boycotting them. If they end up dropping him, that would just be the icing on the cake of this whole blacklist campaign.
Happy Holidays, Bill!
November 30th, 2005 at 2:54 pm#2 – You’re probably right, I couldn’t find any mention of him on their site. What a crybaby.
November 30th, 2005 at 2:56 pmDidn’t you guys know, that OLeilly’s column is what makes the NYDN an enemy of democracy ;)
November 30th, 2005 at 2:56 pmI think he now writes for the NY Post which is fitting.

November 30th, 2005 at 3:48 pmAssuredly there are duller tools in the shed, however A falafel comes close enough for Bill..

November 30th, 2005 at 3:53 pmI wrote Bill an e-mail and begged him to put me on his list, but he didn’t even bother to respond. I’m so disappointed. :(
November 30th, 2005 at 3:53 pmApparently Bill doesn’t know that he hates Christmas too and is peddling HOLIDAY ornaments at the Fox Store:

November 30th, 2005 at 4:05 pmI would think Media Matters, Al Franken, and our very own TP would be on his list, as all three are constantly showing us what a true idiot he is.

That is hilarious.

November 30th, 2005 at 4:33 pmI’m so disappointed that I DIDN’T make the list! Come on billie, YOUR A DICK HEAD…now PUT ME ON THE LIST!
November 30th, 2005 at 7:06 pmKeith Olbermann on MSNBC just named Bill O’Lielly as the worse, worser and worst person in the world of today!!

November 30th, 2005 at 10:51 pmEverytime O’Lielly preaches Christmas in his own way, I sometimes wonder if it’s not too late to convert to Judaism.
November 30th, 2005 at 11:06 pmO’Reilly = tool.
December 1st, 2005 at 3:07 amThe NY Daily News is entertainment. I would say Bill O’Reilly is entertainment, albeit dull.
His knee jerk negative reactions to things New York City is just old.
New York is not the enemy of America. Conservatives are.
December 1st, 2005 at 9:39 amI actually never buy the paper. But read his column sometimes and think it’s a good work he does.
