PLease everybody, Scooter needs our help to fight his corruption charges. He isn’t a bad guy, He just leak a covert operatives name when, according to the republicans, we are at war. That makes it just a simple act of treson, nothing that big.

    /sarcasm=off

Scooter needs to be scooted under a tree and hung.

  2. thot's-pat says:

it wii take that much and more.doesn’t he have aliberal for a layer? don’t republicans hate trail lawyers?

  3. Gus, the Loving OBGYN says:

Why don’t they cut to the chase and add it to the current Bush war budget request.

  4. california_reality_check says:

He has a lot of “friends” who wish him to stay out of jail. If he should ever strike a deal, they are toast.

    Yeah #4,
I think Libby can likely raise essentially
    infinite money for that reason.
    He will be well defended.
Still, I am sure if he looses he will
claim “no fair” for some reason or other,
    maybe Clinton’s fault?

I have tried to post this 3 times now.

Rumsfeld: Iran is top sponsor of state terrorism

    http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/11170234/

MUNICH, Germany – Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld urged America’s allies to increase their military spending to prevent the rise of a “global extremist Islamic empire.”

He also urged the world to work for a “diplomatic solution” to halt Iran’s nuclear program.

“The Iranian regime is today the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism,” he said in prepared remarks. “The world does not want, and must work together to prevent, a nuclear Iran.”

How do you diplomatically ratchet up your military? I’m confused.

I am sure this is why Bush was looking for a “New Coalition of the Willing.”

  9. Spudge_Boy says:

    Judd,

Spam filter is screwed up. I can post the same thing as was getting blocked, but if I link the article with HTML tags, it gets blocked.

  10. Matthew J. Price says:

The Neo-Cons might just have Libby killed in order to keep him silent. At this point I’m willing to believe that the Neo-Cons are willing to attempt any conspiracy they wish to prevent their plans for global domination from being trashed. The conspiracy to kill Scooter Libby would then be followed by a mass government cover-up by the Bush Administration. I’m willing to bet my bottom dollar that something like that is gonna happen if all their efforts to get Scooter out of trouble fail.

  11. Sharon Cox says:

Hay Scooter, go fetch for King George, you and Delay will make a good pair….

  12. TJM says:

What you’re missing here is that Scooter’s defense fund is recycling at its finest. The money coming in to the fund likely went to these people from government contracts, they contribute to Libby who gives it to his lawyers who then make donations to the Republican party which then gives out contracts and the circle is never-ending. And you thought this group was anti-green,they can recycle with the best of ‘em.

  13. Gary Ruppert says:

Remember, when Libby gets charged with perjury, it’s bad when he raises money to defend himself.

And when Clinton gets accused of perjury, it’s good when he raises money to defend himself.

    Hypocrites

  14. Spudge_Boy says:

    Gary Ruppert,

Once again, your stupidity proceeds you. We aren’t saying it is a bad thing for Scooter to raise money. In fact, just the opposite. Scooter is gonna need all the money he can get.

  15. Marie says:

We all know that raising money by Republicans for Republicans is a feat well accomplished. Bribery, coercion, extortion, are well established within the party, so raising $5 million should be accomplished by a week from Friday.
    #2, thot’s-pat
yes, he does have a liberal lawyer; which adds credence to the millions of jokes about what levels to which some lawyers will stoop.

damnit spudge…i wish you didn’t feel such a need to respond directly to the trolls…a simple statement of the facts would do nicely, even better…
    know what i mean?

Oh pumpkin, in this case you shouldn’t be so hard on the Republican Hypocrites. Sure they smeared Clinton for raising money to protect himself from intrusions and investigations into his private life and personal matters at taxpayer expense – but now that a republican is hanging for the same charges republicans mount the same response. I can understand how this hypocrisy and clear unprincipled response would make you want to lash out at others – being that you have a partisan brain that only see the faults in others – but clearly your projection of the republican hypocrisy is just responding to the realities of politics.

It’s OK pumpkin, I forgive you for your judgemental prejudice and childish acting out – it’s what partisans do when faced with their own hypocrisy. I’m sure you’re doing the best you can under these trying and difficult circumstances that republicans keep finding themselves in. Poor thing, the amount of brain spinning you must have to do to keep believing your own fiction is truly commendable. I hope your work ethic is that strong in the rest of your life – I’m sure it would serve you well pumpkin.

  18. Spudge_Boy says:

    katy,

I post articles, images and links all the time. I take shots at trolls because they deserve it and I am not going to let their lies go unanswered. I would do it in person, in public, why wouldn’t I do it online?

  19. purvis ames says:

Five to six million? Scooter must know an awful lot that some other folks don’t want to come out.

    Ive never seen anybody HERE say that about Clinton Ruptured. And much to your Dismay, I would have agreed with you had you Written;
Both Libby and Clinton raised money for their legal defense thru Charity and I dont agree with it.

But to Parrot ‘Ruse Dimbulbs’ Modus Operandi…Good VS Bad, Me VS Them, Schoolyard Mentality..

    Bingo. Give #19 a cigar.

  23. katy says:

spudge – i appologize for being short with you…
of course you should continue posting those articles, images (which i love) and links; and even the shots at trolls because they DO deserve it and their lies should be answered – just that doing so directly (by name) invites the inevitable childish sounding back-and-forth…it gets so old so quick…
    that’s all…i meant no offense

  24. Pete Bogs says:

hopefully these crooked politicos will turn state’s evidence in clusters…
