February 15th, 2006 at 10:46 amHe’ll say nothing substantive pending Whittington’s medical outcome. He and his lawyers certainly aren’t that stupid. However, considering the Veep’s litany of gaffes the last 5 years, a resignation speech would be a tourniquet for Republican bleeding.
