I can tell you that for the second time I am aware of, my computer has been data mined thru email and pictures sent thru Yahoo. It happeneded again today, and I saved some proof. but just what am I supposed to do about it? Big brother has been watching for at least as long as 911, probably longer. We can trust no one. It is truly 1984 once again. Lord have Mercy on us allâ€¦

Actually Easyrider, when they say Data Mining, they are using the word in the technical, cybersense.

It refers to searching through huge volumes of data collected, and in the case of telephone conversations, it has a specific connotation.
