Bush is a Sociopath. Plain and simple. He fits the profile. He is only able to mimic "emotional" responses, not actually experience them himself. Which is why all of his attempts to convince the American people that he "cares" so much about them always ring hollow, and lack sincerity, and pledges he makes are quickly abandoned, until the next "photo-op". He wears different "personas" for different occasions, "dressing for the part", as it were. He is clearly no christian. But he learned early on that "christians" had alot to offer to a man with his ambitions. So he did what was needed to convince others of his "salvation". And as most christians are good people, they welcomed him. But in the last 5 years, how many times has he actually set foot inside a church, when it wasn't going to be a televised event? When he had nothing to gain from it? But like all those who merely pretend to be like everyone else, sometimes the mask slips, and you catch a glimpse of what hides behind. But most people just try to pretend they did not see it, but like George, eventually they can no longer deny it. But instinct tells them to run away, and who can say they are not right to do so?
