I was born here and this state is starting to stink, too many transplants from other, forward thinking states. But hey, this is where folks were cheering when that “liberal yankee” Kennedy was shot. God help us all, if Lyndon Johnson were alive today he would be villified.

Why else do you see po’ folk (not poor) with “W” stickers on their cars. I think there is a subtext to why folks support these guys (DeLay & Co) against their own best intrest. Kind of like “I want to be sure somone has the THUMB on you even if its on me too.”, that is pathological but I think there is an element of that at work!
