Excuse me all you fine progressive liberal, mindless Bush-Bashers, let’s remember a couple of facts you all like to look past. It was fine liberals that fought the evil “Bible-Thumpers” from the public’s access to the national sex offenders registry (Oregon finally submitted to Rebulican pressure to become part of the list). I work for the fine liberals who released two from our residential program into our local community, who are not listed in the registry. And Clinton’s impeachment was never about sex in the office on company time (Which anyone of you would have been fired for in a regular job). But, it was about his attempt to avoid due process of law in a civil suit filed by a woman he sexually harrased. The Monica incidents were part of a legal action, that Clinton himself signed into law, where if a victum could show that the accused had an ongong history of like behavior it could be submitted as evidence in a court of law. And the reason you don’t hear the “outrage of the “right wing” is because you don’t even listen to their radio shows or TV programs, only mind sets of those who can’t stand the thought of maybe being wrong. Bet you didn’t know that the vast majority of conservatives, like myself, were long time liberals (34 years old before I changed), until we had the courage the think, “You know maybe truth is more important than whether I THINK I’m right”. All you can do is promote hatred. I used to think only the KKK was capable of such “mindlessness” and mean-sprited babble…until I became a conservative.

Also just to rub some Salt into the Bush Wound.;
it was necessary to omit any violations of law committed before March 1, 2006, violations of humanitarian laws and negligence, and some of the prior laws to which there had not been additional information added.

With these restrictions in mind, here are just a few of the March violations:

Bush signed the spending bill, knowing that violated a Constitutional requirement that the bill must first pass in both chambers.

He violated the material witness law by using it as preventive detention authority who could commit terrorist acts some day but for whom there is no cause for criminal charges.

He violated the Clean Air Act by by loosening emission standards for aging coal-fired power plants. The Clean Air Act makes it clear that only Congress may make such a decision.

In a legal brief written for the U.S. Supreme Court, Bush cited evidence from a debate by two Republican senators. There was no such debate. The evidence was manufactured by the White House.

Bush defined “material support” for terrorists in such a distorted fashion that victims of terrorists wound up being defined as terrorists.

He approved the ports deal, knowing that Dubai’s boycott of Israel was illegal under U.S. law.

He failed to hand over delinquent mining company safety violation fees to the Department of the Treasury, as required by law. (He also decreased major fines, and did not collect any in half of the caes.)

He violated the law when he secured the UAE ports deal without the required national security review.

Bush’s nuclear deal with India violates U.S. and international nuclear nonproliferation laws.
