Goss denies that he partied with Wilkes.
TPM Muckraker digs into reports that Goss may be implicated in the “free limousine service, free stays at hotel suites at the Watergate and the Westin Grand, and free prostitutes” provided by corrupt defense contractors. “This is horribly irresponsible. He hasn’t even been to the Watergate in decades,” a CIA spokeswoman said. “When I asked if Goss had attended Wilkes’ parties at the Westin or other locations, [she] repeated the denial. ‘It’s horribly irresponsible. Flatly untrue.‘”

As for me, ‘implication’ for purposes of a news blog would simply mean a statement derived from the limited circumstantial evidence that is available to us, within the limitations of the popular press and available sources.
You are not being terribly intellectually honest if you expect ‘evidence’ of a ‘criminal implication’, i presume, beyond a reasonable doubt, before such issues can be discusses regarding public figures.

I have looked at all these sites claiming Goss might be implicated, but they haven’t provided any information that actually points in that direction in any way shape or form.

What you have just written doesn’t implicate Goss any more than it does anyone else in the CIA. It would be like a bunch of people in a company getting caught growing weed in their basement, and then you’d say that the company head is also implicated.
See that’s just the thing. You have no actual reason to believe that Goss is implicated, you just want him to be so you claim it. Just like Think Progress keeps claiming that Rove will be indicted, because they want him to be. Just like they say Bush and Cheney are war criminals and will be impeached, because they want them to be.
The truth is irrelevant when you’re in fantasy land dreaming up the demise of your opponents.
Also, is there any indication that the 6 congressmen rumored to be involved in this are all Republicans? Or is that just another “well it has to be Republicans because we hate them” train of thought?
As I have often learned at these liberal blogs, all the dreaming usually ends up in a reality that is far less scary or nefarious than the one envisioned.
