Reports of Limbaugh’s arrest have not been exaggerated.
Rush Limbaugh on Monday: “There was no arrest. There were no handcuffs. There was no perp walk. There is no charge.” But “there is, of course, a charge: withholding information from a practitioner, doctor-shopping, a felony,” the Palm Beach Post reports. And Capt. Mark Chamberlain, a jail supervisor, says “it’s definitely going to count in our booking statistics as an arrest.” (Via Atrios)

I’ve already emailed Rush and told him that now he has to show empathy for the other illegal drug users that he’s been so hard on (hehe, I said “hard on”), and that he should encourage the same treatment and deal that he received for all first-time drug offenders. Then I told him that he’s still a big fat idiot.

Initially, Limbaugh refused the offer but Fox has since sweetened the deal by legalizing several narcotics, including LSD, heroin, cocaine and marijuana.
Limbaugh is reportedly considering under the new guidelines.
