The comparison between Iraq and Germany/Japan is inapt. Both Germany and Japan had experience with parliamentary democratic governments before they went fascist prior to WWII. They also had a high literacy rate–a fairly well-educated populace. Iraq didn’t have any of these factors before the Bush invasion.

It is the hope of Bush Decider that in this manner the amurkan casualties will decrease and with the withdrawal of all amurkan news people from Iraq, the bad press will stop and things will improve between now and the November elections.
