I went to the Family Research Council's site to see what they actually said: http://www.frc.org/get.cfm?i=LH06B03, "Media reports suggesting that the Family Research Council opposes all development or distribution of such vaccines are false." So why does this lead story say otherwise? The Family Research Council's caveat is, "Because parents have an inherent right to be the primary educator and decision maker regarding their children's health, we would oppose any measures to legally require vaccination or to coerce parents into authorizing it." That is their real view, not this straw man that the "major defeat" author is spreading. Why he/she needs to deceive to advance his/her point is telling of the objective. Talk about twisting words.

But they check for the weird cells every year! It was not a fun thing to go through, especially as a newlywed... years and years ago.
