Wasn’t the starting date of his trial postponed, until sometime AFTER the 06 elections? I semm to recall that it was. So this is probably more paper shuffling by the Defense, to look busy. Nothing to important, I am sure. Just wasting Fitzgerald’s time.

What actually proof does it provide that Rove will be indicted? Just pure speculation in my honest opinion. Again, the fact of the case is that no one has been charged with the original crime that was committed, the outing of a covert agent and I believe that at the end of the day, no one will either. This is just a big witchhunt serving as payback for Starr’s investigation.

Yes, I read Leopold using a Wayne Madsen Report “exclusive” to cover his own ass. In other words, he dug up a sealed case file that is being presided over by the same grand jury as the Plame investigation, and therefore he can pretend that it is the magical indictment he reported on a month ago.
That charade will last until this case file is opened to the public, which might be never. I wonder why Leopold seized upon this opportunity!
