Former Christian Coalition head and Abramoff associate Ralph Reed may have lost his bid for state office in Georgia, but he’s “still the owner of the consulting and lobbying firm Century Strategies. … ‘He’s working it. He’s working it harder now,’ said a campaign staffer.” Apparently Reed knows some corporations in need of a little humping.
once in prison, his humping will be only slightly different
July 19th, 2006 at 6:55 pmThat Christian Goody Two Shoes belongs in jail. The only humping he’ll get there is the kind I’m sure deep in his heart of hearts he loves.
Ralph Reed is one tweaky sick bastard! And he’s the face of Christianity today? Yuck!!!
July 19th, 2006 at 7:01 pmI guess this is also “part of God’s plan for the future of mankind.â€
July 19th, 2006 at 7:03 pmlike Reed matters. just wait til we get our “hands” on your candidates like shrillarly clinton or whatever liberal moonbat you run. Yoou think kerry got smacked down just wait, just wait.
July 19th, 2006 at 7:08 pmI hope that once again the leftards are ready to snatch defeat from the hands of victory again.
keep focusing on ther small fish while we win again.
democrat plan to win
1) perpetuate support for so called gay “marriage”
2)of course ignore the 2nd ammendment and demonize guns and gun owners
3) listen to the feminazis
4)listen to the commies, socialist and “progressives”
5) listen to the NY time , boston globe ad nauseum
6) please-please-please run hilary in ‘08-please
7) ignore middle America and what you all call “flyover country”
8) cut and run in Iraq
9) support the terrorists more than our troops
10) did I mention running Miz clinton?
11) do everything to ridicule, ostracize and make fun of anybody that does not agree with you.
12) now pay attention this one is important- have shrillary for your candidate in ‘08.
good luck you’ll need it. and while you left wingnuts are crying over again losing the elections just remember…. at least Ralph Reed lost…..
Moonbat – starting a little early tonight aren’t you? Way too early in the evening to be that heavily medicated!
July 19th, 2006 at 7:21 pmhi, moonbat *kisses*…
can you add
13) buy ann coulter’s books
14) continue to suckle on the teat of israel on progressive web-sites
15) point out when barack obama is driving in a car
16) buy lots and lots of stuff at walmart
yours,
ann
July 19th, 2006 at 7:25 pmBuh bye Reed. They are onto you now. You are far from being a Christian from everything I’ve heard about you. What goes around comes around. If you are found guity of corruption, etc., then you deserve jail time.
July 19th, 2006 at 7:26 pmmoonie,
the right of the citizen to bear arms is just one more safeguard against a tyranny —Hubert Humphrey, 1960 (a liberal Dem)
The right to bear arms is a liberal view idea that has been, as usual, hi-jacked by the right.
July 19th, 2006 at 7:27 pmpatrick j. buchanan on msnbc hardball discussing the idiocy of the neocons and their ‘fighting israel’s war for them’.
it is good that someone is telling the truth about the sacred cow.
July 19th, 2006 at 7:43 pmLOL @ “corporation humping”
it says so much in such a fun way
July 19th, 2006 at 7:56 pmImagine if you will, Reed and moonbat in a prison humping duet behind bars as cellmates.
July 19th, 2006 at 8:00 pmit is a shame that think progress continues the israeli blackout on its site.
anyway, the lebanese evacuation is quite katrina-like. i think reid of nevada talked about it today… you will have to go to another site to read about it, however….
i am hoping that, at the very least, think progress will cover the bushification of the genocide in lebanon without even having to mention the ‘i-word’….
July 19th, 2006 at 8:24 pmDammit, TP, now I have to go scrub my eyeballs with a brillo pad to get rid of the visual of Ralph Reed humping ANYTHING. If this continues, I will be sending a bill.

July 19th, 2006 at 8:33 pmAre you on this thread? I’ve been gone a while and haven’t seen you post since I’ve been back. You wrote on another thread a week or so ago that you didn’t think government should be restricting people on some things, while it should on others. How do you define what the government should be restricting? What type of things should be restricted (parameters, please, not examples)?
I truly would like to have a discussion about this. I’m intriqued. thank you in advance.
Rep. Gutknecht is probably going to find a horse’s head in his bed when he gets home.
July 19th, 2006 at 8:45 pm#14 – PLC, moonbat was on the gay marriage thread, below. He can usually be found on gay marriage threads. Good luck with your quest…
July 19th, 2006 at 8:50 pm’splain this for me, please…
i swear the only people i hear say ANYthing about “taking guns away” are the righties… all these years, i keep hearing that line…
i know, i know – “guns, gays ‘n’ god”… but really?!
how can people be so stoopid – “gonna take our guns away!”
actually, that was a rhetorical question…
July 19th, 2006 at 8:54 pmhttp://www.theworstpresidentever.org
I voted yes.
July 19th, 2006 at 8:56 pm16 Zooey
July 19th, 2006 at 8:57 pmThanks, but he took off from there. I’m not sure he got my question or just chose not to respond. I really would like a dialogue with him on this topic – he seemed rational and reasonable when he present his idea of differential governmental control. Sometimes we can find things we agree upon and go from there.

July 19th, 2006 at 9:04 pmNot much else going on here, so I thought I’d tell you about my mission project last week. A group from my church went to Henderson Settlement in Kentucky and helped in the building of a small home which will go to a poor family there. The family visited the site everyday and were excited and appreciative. The father was a coal miner with lungs that are virtually shot and he needs an air conditioned home. No diagnosis of black lung – no big surprise. This settlement, run by the Methodist Church, is amazing. It has 1600 acres of donated land. They have literally hundreds of missions from building these houses, to repairing and adding on to trailers/homes, distributing personal hygiene and health kits, distributing school kits, a food pantry, a clothing pantry, a cheap used furniture store, etc. The week I was there, there were 160 volunteers. After being exposed to all the pseudo-Christian wingnuts who just want to control everyone, it was nice to see compassion in action. I’m going to have to close here pretty soon. Keep up the good fight.
#6 kisses back @ ya!
July 19th, 2006 at 9:30 pmre- #13 got that covered thanks
re#14 as far as I am concerned israel IS the problem not the solutiuon, I have no love or support for them.
#15 osama who?
#16 i don’t need no stinkin’ walmart heepy
-# then splain to me why all the usual scumbags like schumer-kennedy-clinton ad nauseum just vted down the right of Americans to retain their firearms to dfend themselves?? sorry to inform you but the far liberal left has taken up the notion that they can just void the 2nd as they see fit. if you don’t believe me try getting a LEGAL firearm in NYC,DC, boston ,
Chicago you know like wherever gun crime is soaring?
#11 there you go again with your queer little fantasies . sorry to dissappoint ya but I am half a century with no negative conatact with law enforcement, heck I have not even had a parking ticket in over 20 yrs..
#14 hey bud wassup? missed you too!
ok you splain to me how the Constitution can be read to “allow” abortion, homosexuality, illegal immigration when it says absolutely nothing regarding them but when it comes to the 2nd ammendment which EXPRESSLY allows private ownership of firearms by citizens it is negated by some slimy politicians?? Hey i have problems with rights but in Boston when I see the government, newspaperes and activists esposing yeay DEMANDING so called gay “marriage” but demonizing legitimate and legal gun ownership I bristle with the kind of rage the founding fathers must have felt for King George. Ya wanna talk rights and selective and special rights at that then find me a democrat in a blue state who will uphold the Constitiuion FIRST then we’ll discuss rights.
# 16 Hi honey!! I’ll meet ya back at the house- have my dinner ready and keep them damn kids off my lawn!
#18 well I feel better now, I hope you do to. but KERRY STILL LOST.
#20 BLESS you! you are a good person ! I disagree with some of your views but I respect you , good job on the house man and I wish i could help too but I am kinda busted up. I would just like to add I am not a pseudo-Christian wingnut or even a Christian wingnut or even a wingnut ( insert diatribe here then move on) . I have been to church maybe twice in the past three years preferring to talk to God in his most majestic and benevolent temple; the Wilderness. Hey I am not any fonder of snake handling swaggerts than you are but I do like snakes and frequently park in the road to help them from getting squished by rednecks( turtles too!). I do my small part to save God’s creatures from the perils and evils of the modern mechanized world. and besides most of the good parts of the Bible happen in the wilderness anyway.. yatahey
#18; thanks for the link, I also voted yes.
July 19th, 2006 at 9:33 pmMoonbat, you are right about ONE thing, we are gonna need those guns for the revolution. Regime change begins at home.
July 19th, 2006 at 9:36 pm#20 – PLC
That’s fantastic PLC! Sounds like you are really engergized by helping to build that home. You are a true Christian. I hope you get to do more missions like that. :)

July 19th, 2006 at 9:43 pmIMO the Constitution’s explicit statements about rights of free assembly, restrictions against religious intrusion into laws, and rights of equal protection point to “allowing” homosexual marriage. I know, it’s not explicit about that issue, but the Constitution did not address everything (such as slavery, for example) because it was necessary to get a framework for the new country to operate. Jefferson stated that he thought the Constitution should be rewritten every 20 years (a generation) in order to keep it current. BTW, I personally am not fond of guns but I do respect the rights of responsible gun ownership. I’d like to see the rights of “responsible homosexual relationships” (not exploitation) be respected as well. Thank you for your blessing and I wish one back. Goodnight all
I hear ya mr Ho! too bad we are on opposite sides dude. this time I won’t miss llike I did in that rice paddy at quan trang.
July 19th, 2006 at 10:06 pmWell PLC it sure ain’t familiarity that has bred this contempt now is it? Those big city slickers in NY and boston think us hill folk are inbred, sister loving ,toothless roadkill eatin hicks and basically we see you as Birkenstock( when was the last time you heard of redneck who could spell Birkenstock properly I axe ya?)wearin, tree huggin, latte sippin, buncha queer supporting war protesters?.
gee i wonder where those little visuals came from?
yeah maybe ya got a point there preacher man. I just want to know( I gotta stop soon cause my fingers is gettin tired now) who benefits from the principa discordia that is America today?? who really benefits if we all stay pissed at each other?
my suspicion is politcians of BOTH liberal and conservative persuasions but heck , I may be just pissin in the wind on this one. G’night and rest now…
correct–Bush didn’t win, Kerry lost. I hope the trolls hang in there with their support for the neocons who have left them behind. To watch Matthews, Scarborough, and Pat “I was Nixon’s whipping boy” Buchanan speak in less than ass-kissing terms of the neocons is a laugh. If these clowns know the neocons are running the country into the shit, you know it’s over.
July 19th, 2006 at 10:41 pmRalph Reed is about to get into a whole lot more trouble. Over at the TPM Cafe, I’ve been detailing his relationship with the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews and I suspect that some of the contributions to the IFCJ have been laundered to the Republican Party.
Rabbi Eckstein who operates the IFCJ prevails on Evangelical Christians to donate to the IFCJ to “help” Israelis who, imho, already have all the help they need from Uncle Sam and the Jewish community. Rabbi Eckstein does a lot of business with some very right wing Christians under suspicious circumstances.
Keep your eye on this story!
Mrs Panstreppn on Ralph Reed and the “Stand Up For Israel” Campaign
July 20th, 2006 at 12:17 amBack in January, FOX News featured Reed as a guest analyst discussing, of all things, the impact of the Abramoff scandal on Republican electoral prospects.
For the details, see:
“Ralph Reed: Abramoff Crony and Fox News Scandal Analyst”
For the latest articles on Reed’s Abramoff links, see:
July 20th, 2006 at 1:04 am“The Delay/Abramoff Scandal Resource Center.”
Ralph Reed is gay.
July 20th, 2006 at 1:19 amRalph Reed can go hump his old pal Pat Robertson > lol.
July 20th, 2006 at 1:39 am# 30 I just love your rifle mr K . I call mine “special K” .
July 20th, 2006 at 10:25 amReed is a sign of things to come for the “Do nothing” Republican party.
July 20th, 2006 at 12:38 pmOooooo, I really, really hope their is such a thing as Judgement Day, for clowns like this ass.
July 21st, 2006 at 12:52 amTo moonbat chris,
July 21st, 2006 at 1:22 amYour love of nature and animals is admirable. But are you aware at all that several members of the party you apparently support are willing to sell off portions of our national parks to the highest corporate bidders? Isn’t this one form of destroying America?
Not all of us on the left are trying to shove gay marriage down your throat. I simply think there are more important things to be concerned with, such as global warming, pollution, the increasing outsourcing of good American jobs, the closing of the CIA unit that was supposed to be devoted to finding Osama bin Ladin (or is it “been forgotten”?), etc. You have the power to do a lot of good in the world through your animal rescues, and I recommend that you devote even more of your time to such good works than telling liberals how much you hate them and being concerned with what Mary Cheney does in bed with her lesbian lover and what RNC Chairman Ken Mehlman does at the Washington area gay clubs that he is said to frequent.
However, if you really can’t get gays off your mind, you maybe should be more concerned on how Jeff Guckert/James Gannon managed to get into the Bush White House frequently while still advertising his gay esort services for $200/hr, $1200/weekends on the Internet.
May the true God strike him down!
