The Bush administration, with all the resources of the world’s largest economy and with a Republican congress, has not been able to make significant strides to rebuild a city (in almost a year). Those are the facts, and facts like these (and there are many more issues than just New Orleans) will cause the Republicans to loose big this November. I repeat:
