So, they will have to suffer the consequences. One result will be a depression that will make the previous Great Depression seem like a mild recession by comparison. Another result is that we are headed toward a world war. Over four billion casualties will result and America will suffer a fatal wound before the end of 2014. Have a good day. Hilarious. The three religion-lovers (Judaism, Chistianity, & Islam) have been waiting for a while as far as the end of the world goes. We are all going to die & no religious apocalypse will come. Not in our lifetime, & for that matter, not in anyone's lifetime. Jews are still waiting for a messiah that has to complete a lot of tasks in order for him to be the true messiah. Judging by Judeo scriptures, this messiah has to be very specific in completing such tasks. I say good luck to the Jews in finding this special superhero. This Jewish messiah hasn't come since...well, since forever!! Now, Christians are also waiting, after 2000 years, for Jesus to come back & save the "converted" ones. Paul said it would happened during his lifetime. It never did. Many religious leaders have given different dates, & so far, no Jesus. Of course when Christians are confronted w/ the question of "when Jesus would re-appear?", the argument is that we should "thank God" he hasn't come again b/c we, the non-believers, would be condemned to eternal damnation. That works on children, but adults tend to use their logic a little more than infants. Muslims also await for the re-birth of Jesus in Damascus where he will gather an army & destroy all infidels. Of course everyone that is not a Muslim is an infidel. What is wrong w/ all these pictures? That's rethoric by the way. Superstitions & mysticism are OK w/ me. I just want Zeus & his "mortal" affairs to have as much vailidity as these "prophecies." These 3 religions have a love-hate relationship w/ one another. In order for one, just one, of these apocalyptic prophecies to take place, the other end of the world tales (from the remaining 2 religions), must be invalid. My suggestion is believe what you want to believe, but if your neighbor refuses to believe in your superstitions, then let them worship a dildo if they wish to do so. God, nnot man-written books, will judge us all in the end. I don't think God will wipe us all out through any "apocalypse". I think we're doing a good ourselves by building weapons that could wipe off the entire globe. And to add more fuel to the fire, we elect, through the failure that is the electoral college, leaders that resemble school yard bullies. Their version of diplomacy is "my balls are bigger than your balls." So I say to all believers, thank your President for he is truly the equivalent of one of the riders of the apocalypse, & our end will come, but not thanks to our Creator.
