That being said, I agree that it doesn't prove anything to attack Dr. Michaels. It's enough to point out where he's wrong -- and God knows he's wrong often enough. Folks like Tim Lambert have made a hobby of finding mistakes by guys like Michaels and his pal McKittrick. My favorite is the paper where they used a model in which they were putting degree measurements into trig functions that expected arguments in radians. Forgive me for pimping a link, but if anyone wants to see more about the science of climate change, I highly recommend http://www.realclimate.org.
