It’s such a shame that Chaffee is having trouble with his re election bid. He is someone who does the right thing no matter what. He is one republican I can respect.

TP also gave me something like that except it was not Tripmaster it was ‘Lasermike026′ with an email address that I wont post..

I looked up Arin whois and pinged the address to get an IP nummie, Lasermike did turn out to be a linux programmer so I’m thinking TP was under some type of spam attack..

I read that Chaffee is not crazy about being too close to Bush on anything; plus when the White House asked Lugar to hold everything else so it wouldn’t look so much like a revolt against Bolton, Lugar refused.
So Yosemite Sam has been put on “hold” until further notice.

Also, some Dems are threatening Disney’s broadcast license. Do they have the power to do that?

Chaffee can’t be seen as voting for Bolton before the election or the voters might be angry. Geez, it’s pretty bad when you can’t vote for your guy because of public backlash.

Chafee is such a great Senator. I am so proud that he is from my state of RI. I may yet vote for him in November, if he survives his primary challenge from Laffey.
