Just a few minutes ago, the spam filter rejected yet another one of my posts for no reason at all. Running up against that thing time and again with no explanation given starts to have a chilling effect on the discourse after a while.

CASE IN POINT: The above was just flagged by the spam filter. It seems that I can only post via my work IP now, and that everything that goes through my home IP is marked ’spam’. Is the ’spam filter’ merely a euphemism for blocking IP addresses? If so, please be honest enough to say so up front. If not, your spam filter needs a lot of work.
