If 2 million die in Darfur, they will not be noticed and quickly replaced by the insane birth rate. We would have less problems if the world consisted of 2 Billion people so there would be x3 resources to go around. It's not nice to think about, but less people means more resources to go around to those who live. The Laws of Nature are not the laws of man or the platitudes of religion. Nature says survive or die. Africa's best bet is not 2 million dead, but 200 million so the populations can readjust to the available resources and have plenty of space between their various population groups. Sad but true.
