What these neocons fail to realize is that on 911(whether they made 911 happen or not) they breached the contract(constitution) by not providing for a strong national defense. Because the contract was breached it has become null and void. What we all need to do is to study our individual state constitutions and look at the legality of a declaration of martial law(by the District of Columbia) on your own state as your state constitution has more power than the US Constitution as the US Constitution was established for only a few purposes; to provide for a strong national defense, to impose duties and levies, to mediate disagreements between the individual states, and to maintain civil order. In all instances the state constitution takes precedent over the US Constitution in matters of civil order, state law, et al. The US Constitutional structure of government is over the District of Columbia not the individual states.
