1. There would be intelligence sharing between fbi and cia which the clinton administration disallowed IN THE WTC CASE. The gorelick wall would not have been put up.

2. The Taliban would be out of afghan if clinton went in there. Without this uninterrupted base of support, hard to train, plan, etc such an attack.

It is an assumption that this would have stoppd 9/11, but I think it is a fair one. It is certainly more likely that it would have prevented it than would not have.
