I do not remember any families getting any money in the Oklahoma City bombing. It makes you wander if he knew more about the 9/11 events and was hoping that no one would find out. But if they did the families signed a document where they could not sue the government. Remember, he protested having the 9/11 commission for a long time before agreeing to it.
