As to Stark, cool Exhibit A in a criminal assault charge hearing. Unless you are claiming those guys were actual law enforcement agents, for those defending these brownshirt actions, I hope you can provide character witnesses at their criminal assault trials.

Please point us to the text in the speech where Kerry specifically used the words “service members.”

Apparent known stalker menacingly charges public servant engaged in campaign of ideas, screaming and knocking into several bystanders. When this ‘trained killer’ refuses to cease his attempted assault, he escalates the physical violence with those justifiably trying to remove him. Finally subdued and shown the door, he mutters ‘punk’.

I think Kerry was wrong and mean-spirited when he maligned our brave troops, stating that servicemembers don’t “make the most of it” (education), don’t “study hard, …do… homework and …make an effort to be smart”. But these demeaning words would seem to apply to Stark.

Stark’s website gives some clues about his depth of committment to and definition of free speech. There he advises one to “study the terrain carefully before you join the battle”, the final step being the ’showdown”. We see in the video Stark studying the terrain as he careened through innocents in his attempt to assault Allen. This (one-man) mob rule is what goes for intellectual discourse for liberals.

It seems that Stark’s only other claim to fame is waving a poster with lurid words on it in front of a live-television camera during family hour. Another example of liberals’ engagement in the realm of ideas. Were those filthy words a an ‘illuminative quote” from one of Webb’s porno works? Will Webb have the guts to apologize for these apparent criminal acts of his agent provocateur?

IMO because this is exactly the kind of behavior that the Bush Administration has fostered over the last 5+ years and Allen is just following along. Allen can go f*k himself if I ever hear anything resembling the words “freedom of speech” leave his mouth.

If this does not sink Allen, then there are a bunch of violence loving, freedom hating idiots in the state of VA.

And people who post on here, such as Hendler, who feel pleasure in watching another human being slammed to the ground for simply asking a f*king question do not deserve any attention. Hendler is a nobody. As has been pointed out, he is not interested in logical debate.

I certainly will not be giving him any more attention. And while I’m on a roll, that goes for Exley, too, who has no problem with other countries adopting the provisions of the MCA which will allow them to hold our people (military or otherwise) in custody indefinitely, refuse to let them see evidence (if they ever get to trial), and allow them to define torture as they see fit. He is on record as stating that nothing would please him more than to see other countries adopt provisions of the MCA as their own. Our own President is also on record for having this viewpoint.

I have a better one. Why don’t I run up to the 1st lady and ask why she killed her boyfriend by running a stop sign..

And we clearly do know what the guy said/did because WE HAVE THE VIDEO. That will prove very helpful in court. They should just be happy they didn’t kill him because (after trying to put him in a headlock) if you watch the video that guy slammed his head into the window, and it definitely looked like that hurt. I hope Mike Stark enjoys his many millions he is very soon to have! :)

This is how you know Mr. Hendler has to content himself with living vicariously through others.

All his fantasies of violence and brute force are delivered, through TV and/or a computer, directly to him in the safety of his own home. And he utterly enjoys them.
