What's the BLOWBACK for 2 days of curfew lockdown so they can announce Saddam's death penalty early for the US elections? This little Rovian trick, meddling in foreign policy for domestic political gain, will have consequences. If any American blood is spilled as a result, Rova and anyone in the chain of command behind this decision should be tried for treason.

Happy Guy: There is an important distinction between supporting the war and supporting the people who fight it. Our government, going to war for causes that at this point are still unclear, in my opinion does not deserve support. The brave men and women who go over to Iraq and Afghanistan and put their lives on the line do. What I see in your argument (or part of it anyway) is that we do not support the war, therefore we do not support or care about the lives of the troops. If the war were to stop, Americans would stop dying in Iraq, right? If anything, (and I know I'll get flamed for this) I would think that it would be showing more care for our troops to oppose the war.

Hey, be nice! Drudge, Sean and Rush show two sides: thier side, and the Republican side.

Just because they’re usually both the same side doesn’t mean that two sides aren’t shown! ;-)

Don’t worry. When the Republicans lose the House, I’m sure they’ll blame everyone but themselves.

Comment by Democrat Soldier — November 6, 2006 @ 1:00 pm

As for the 3 Stooges show both sides, I think the first person they'll blame for for the loss of both Houses will be, let's see, who would be the first person to blame on?

Could it be .........CLINTON? ;)

Dear Judd - Let's suppose your conspiracy theory is correct - the EVIL Bush administration, in an attempt to steal yet another election from hapless Dems, convince the Iraqis to release the findings of the court. If your numbers are accurate, that info is not going to make a whiff of difference to the "majority" who take the prog/lib position on the War and GWB. Once again, much ado about nothing......
