Nothing unusual about it. Any information that might embarrass or otherwise conflict with the administration’s stated position is classified for national security purposes.

  2. buzzbomb Says:

McCain, your suprised that a government organization under the Bush Admin. is breaking the law. Dude, where have you been for the last six years?

  3. s Says:

Somehow I don’t think that Mr. FakeTalk Express would be complaining about this if A: The Republicans had maintained control of House and Senate B: He were’nt running for Prez.

Guess it’s “Brutas time” for old huggy huggy (re: photo of McCain resting head on Bush’s chest and hugging him.)

  4. Badmoodman Says:

“They’re simply not complying with the law. It’s incredible,” McCain said - - McCain was doing his best Claude Rains’, “Louie” impersonation.

    I for one, am stunned.

  6. Zimzone Says:

Boy, it didn’t take Cheeks McCain long to try & pretend he stands for the environment.
Johnny, where the Hell have you been for the last 6 years?
This is the tip of the iceberg. (No pun intended)
Haven’t you heard or read anything James Hanson has said?
Where were you when W submarined the Kyoto protocol?

I know you’re running in ‘08. Fine. But you’ll have to do better than be a ‘Johnny come lately’ to this dance.

Speaking of dancing, have you done the 2 step with W lately?

    At which event?

    a) The Bush amdministration not complying with the law
    b) McCain feigning astonishment
    c) That these people are actually elected
    d) Some cops just raided your house and you were tazered

  8. budpaul Says:

So, what you’re saying is that Bush is breaking the law? That’s crazy talk, McCain. Of course, now we’ll have to listen to more maverick McCain stories for the next few days.

Nah, I don’t go to UCLA.
Topical humor, it never gets old.

    But mostly at:
    b) McCain feigning astonishment

It’s about 1.5 years to early to start rebuilding his image with the center of the country, he needs to win the hard-right first to get thru the primaries.

Is Sen. McCain Kidding??? Of COURSE this Adminsitration is breaking the law!

Why wasn’t he saying this when he helped to gut habeus corpus? Oh yeah…he’s a spineless slime.

Does he a set schedule for letting Bush get away with shit? Like odd/even days?

    Give it a break, McCain.

ANOTHER IMPEACHABLE OFFENSE - HOW MANY IS THAT NOW?

  15. veritas Says:

McCain is playing the “living under a rock” routine - who does he think he’s kidding with his new anti-bush tact? He sees the handwriting on the wall about his chances in 08, that’s what’s going on here. Maybe the “original flip-flopper” will yet flip flop back to the Democratic party. Only thing is, they’d reject him. He’ll be “odd man out” very soon.

  16. veritas Says:

What the hell is the difference between “not complying with the law” and “breaking the law”…. will someone with more than a room temp IQ please tell me? These guys are off their rockers. Just try to tell that cop who’s clocked you for speeding that you were simply “not complying” with the speed limit….ahahahahah! What a joke! McCain is losing credibility every day that he opens his mouth….hoof ‘n mouth disease….like his bud, George.

I do believe you are correct, Squeegy.

    That’s twice today, isn’t it. Here’s a biscuit… :)

  18. veritas Says:

McCain feigning incredulousness is about as authentic as a new mother pretending that her child isn’t crapping in his pants! Wha-hoo! He’s mired knee deep in GOP manure and will never get out unscathed.

  19. Kermit the Freedom Frog Says:

They are trying their best to write this year’s report on climate change, but Michael Chriton is very busy and hasn’t been able to finish it. Expect a twist ending, involving cloned dinosaurs.

  20. Wayne Says:

McCain, there is a remedy in the constitution, which you swore to uphold. It is called impeachment.

  21. Tobey Tall Says:

John McCain - Another push for presidency is it ?????

we will not torture - yes we will
we will do our utmost for the Enviroment - no we wont

  22. Marie Says:

Every word McCain utters these days has a political motive behind it. Truth or not - he is campaigning.

  23. vwcat Says:

I like it better when McCain isn’t kissing Bush’s ass.

  24. n69n Says:

the “straight shooter” has to wait til bush is out of the country to accuse him of anything.
hasnt he done this before, on another topic?
i seem to remember he saved his criticism til bush was away.

  25. Marty Didier Says:

The BIG question is, IF the law breakers are doing to ever be prosecuted?

  26. Willy Says:

“They’re simply not complying with the law. It’s incredible,” McCain said

McCain, if you think that’s incredible then you haven’t been paying attention. This is the Bush administration standard operating procedure.

  27. Beth Says:

No it’s not incredible - it’s par for the course with this administraton.
