If that calls for replacing Bolton then by all means. It's time for this administration to recognize the UN Millennium Development Goals and push for legislation to support the world's impoverished people. As the global issue agenda setter, the US has the power and therefore the responsibility of addressing global poverty. There is a $19 billion annual shortfall to cut global poverty in half by 2015 and end it by 2025 according to The Borgen Project. In comparison, more than $400 billion has been spent on the war in Iraq. There’s definitely a need for change in US foreign policy. If that calls for replacing Bolton then by all means.
