They are indeed highly educated which will cause a significant braindrain to the Iraqi society. Is there no end to this maddness. This new congress should revoke any war making ability of the president. Furthermore, the mainstream of America is viewed around the world as the President's kool-aid drinking followers and we appear weak. Impeachment would go along ways to removing this belief.
