You are all falling for the propaganda. To say that Bush is incompetent and stupid is to completely fall into his hands. If you actually think Bush is the one really in charge, then you need to seek psychiatric help. He does exactly what he’s told, he’s there to sign orders and cop the flak for whatever policy is being pushed.
