Do as I say, not as I do. Like Bush, spreading ‘democracy’ in Iraq while stealing elections at home. Spreading ‘freedom’ in the Middle East while diminishing our own rights to zip, nada, bupkiss. Terrorizing the entire world population for no good reason whatsoever. 9/11? The US had that coming. That’s what you get for decades of extortion, oppression and totalitarian imperialism/colonization. America DESERVED 9/11 for its ego-tripping. We may think we’re powerful but we’re not alone on this planet and there are others that we should LEARN TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION. Iraq did not DESERVE this filthy war but hey, it’s just life, it’s not like it’s the end of the world to anyone. A Catastrophuck!

Come to think of it, Cheeks spilled the beans on his fellow soldiers while a POW.
Bush ‘tortured’ him in the ‘00 campaign.
Is he suffering from the ‘Stockholm Syndrome’, where one begins to support their ‘captors’?

At one time, McCain was a straight talker — unfortunately, no longer. Perhaps he has never recovered from the unfounded bashing he suffered from W in the past, because only the loss of one’s rationality would allow a man to cave in to and embrace the forces that would destroy him in a heartbeat.
McCain would do better to leave government, and devote his time to veterans’ issues, rather than reach for the presidency because that time has past for him.

In 2000 I thought I might vote for this joker if he beat out Bush. At this point I have no clue who he even is or what he stands for… the rightwingers on the other hands dream up whatever they want to believe …and then believe it. So to the right it doesnt matter what McCain actually stands for I guess.

I think Jon McCain has totally lost it. He is no maverick … Ever since he lost the Republican nomination in 2000 he has been doin everything he can to become president whether or not it means taking straight or not so much. However, diggin up a quote from 1990, he would argue and I would agree, the world has changed a lot since then. And anyway, you can find, and have found, plenty of stupid flip-floppy stuff the man has said more recently. I’d stick to finding more of those.

I was for Cheeks McCain before I was against him.

Looks like my Governor, Tim Pawlenty (R) MN, is setting up to run with Cheeks for VP. Yesterday, on Fux Noose he stated what a great leader Cheeks is, and a shining example of someone standing up under diress. (Paraphrased)

Enough to make one puke, eh?
This is the same loser who cut all medical coverage to poor children in MN. In fact, a popular slogan in MN is ‘Living with less in the land of Pawlenty’.

McCain is insane. Period. Good luck, Pawlenty, now you can do to the rest of the country what you accomplished in Minnesota.

Kerry Versus McCain On Iraq War

The Vietnam War fiasco propelled 2 veterans of that conflict to get elected to the Senate, and both desiring the presidency, but their experiences in Vietnam were different in that John Kerry learned that Vietnam was a mistake and John McCain believed it was justified.

John Kerry witnessed the horrors of warfare up close being an officer on a swift-boat, but John McCain saw it from the air as a Navy pilot and as a prisoner of war.

Kerry realized that the war was pointless to continue fighting it, but McCain saw its ending as betrayal of everything he suffered at the hands of NVA guards.

The Iraq War is another fiasco and huge dire mistake, so Kerry realizes that reality, but McCain refuses to acknowledge that and wants the war to be escalated.

President Bush lied to the American public to occupy Iraq, just like President Johnson lied to wage war in Vietnam, so the Iraq debacle must end like Vietnam.

Kerry must demand its end and McCain must wake-up!
