He and Sen. Jack Reed worked tirelessly to appropriate the funds for the new Job Corps. I was immediately impressed with this decent guy and, even though even I'd never heard of him before, much less knew his party, he was just so nice and personable that I knew that he had to be a Democrat. This guy's a class act and I can see him taking a Aenate seat in the future.
